Vi hadde gleden av å tilbringe noen netter i denne fine og svært praktiske leiligheten i Longyearbyen. Beliggenheten er sentral, noe som gjorde det enkelt å utforske byen til fots, med gangavstand til både butikker og restauranter. Leiligheten var varm og innbydende, med alle nødvendige fasiliteter for et komfortabelt opphold. Verten var responsiv og hjelpsom, og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. Vi har høye krav, og denne leilighetn innfridde på alle punkter. Jeg vil definitivt anbefale dette stedet til andre reisende som søker et hyggelig opphold i Longyearbyen.

Excellent séjour chez Vivi. Vivi est une hôte disponible et très amicale. Elle répond vite aux éventuelles questions. À 3 minutes à pied du Radisson blu ce qui facilite les rv pour les activités réservées. Emplacement tranquille et silencieux. Nous sommes satisfaits!

Modern apartment with all you need

Fantastic stay. The views from the apartment are just amazing, especially at sunset and sunrise. From the dining table we could see the ocean, the mountains, and the town bathed in pink and purple hues at sunset, followed by blue light in the hours after that. Apartment was very spacious and had all the amenties we needed (and some we weren't expecting such as Netflix). Finally, our host Anna was incredibly warm and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Heartily recommend to anyone going to Svalbard for a visit!

Fint hus/leilighet i fantastiske omgivelser. Akkurat som beskrevet og som bildene viste. Nydelig utsikt. Godt utstyrt med alt vi trengte. Vi er 5 kamerater på tur for å oppleve Svalbard, scooterkjøring og livet i Longyearbyen. Perfekt størrelse og beliggenhet for oss. Preben var veldig imøtekommende, med tydelige beskrivelser og fleksibel. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

This airBNB locates on the hill of Longyearbyen. You can access the flat by walking 10-15 minutes from the city centre. Though it's a little bit remote, the landscapes that you see from the living room window is breathtaking and definitely worth your walk! The kitchen is also well equipped with utensils and equipment for cooking meals. The flat is very tidy and you can easily enjoy tranquility during your stay. Kristin is a very kind host that replies us swiftly and guide our way in finding the apartment. She also did us a flavour by allowing us to check-in 1 hour earlier than original. We are thankful for her warm hospitality. Overall it is a very cosy stay. If you are carrying big luggages and the weather is snowing, please consider take taxi from airport to the airBNB directly and the cost shall be around 200 NOK only. It would be easy to walk down to city centre and go back to airBNB on foot if the weather is good. You can also take good pictures when getting down the hill.

Christian was very friendly and helpful. The lodge is so cosy and we much preferred the authentic Svalbard experience over a hotel. While basic (no bathroom or running water etc) we were provided with fresh drinking water and the outdoor toilet was heated and easy to use. It is walkable to the town, though I preferred to pay for a 120-150kr to the town. My partner walked it a few times though.

A comfortable seating area is displayed with a light gray sofa and matching ottoman. A round coffee table is positioned centrally, featuring a decorative plant in a white pot. Natural light filters in through the large window, creating a calm atmosphere.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Statt ursprünglich 5 Leuten waren wir am Ende nur zu viert. Das hat mit den Zimmern so perfekt gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt genug Stauraum für die ganzen dicken Wintersachen und genug Platz um sich nach einem müden Exkursionstag zu entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Geschirrspüler 😊 Martin hat auf jede Frage und Buchungsänderungen sehr schnell und entgegenkommend reagiert. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir hatten einen wundervollen aufenthalt dort und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Koselig leilighet, romslig for to personer. Fint innredet, vi følte oss som hjemme med en gang. Godt utstyrt, lett å finne det vi trengte på kjøkken og bad. Fin og lun leilighet å trekke seg tilbake til etter mye uteaktivitet. Fleksibel ut sjekking. Vi koste oss skikkelig og det var vemodig å reise!!

My stay at David’s was very welcoming and easy to find. Being located in the middle of Longyearbyen it was in perfect walking distance to the local bars and shops. I felt right at home and it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and central to town.

I met a lot of people in the hostel. It's great that they serve a buffet breakfast and have nice communal spaces to chat with people. Check in was easy and flexible. The staff were friendly. The facilities were great. And a nice walk from town to the hostel.

Had an absolutely marvellous experience at the Discover Lodge. It is the perfect distance from the town of Longyearbyen to feel like you’re truly getting away from it all, but within easy walking distance (15-20 minutes- sometimes took me longer because I would stop every ten steps to take a photo of the spectacular surroundings) The space is SO cozy and clean and perfect for relaxing during polar night. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals, and while there is no running water Christian provides plenty for your stay and the toilet is right outside. The bed is super comfortable as well. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Anna est une super hôte, toujours réactive et nous avons eu un super accueil. La vue du logement est magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter des couché de soleil qui dure des heures en avril. Vous pou ez vous déplacer à pied jusqu'à la ville. Je vous recommande ce logement
