A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! A small newly renovated and cozy cabin for rent. In the summer, where the days are long, you have the opportunity for fishing, hiking and berry and mushroom picking. In winter, you can drive snowmobiles, ice fishing and dog sledding. End the day with a hot sauna (rented out) with possibility to see the northern lights directly from the relaxation room. The house is located about 30 km from Arvidsjaur where you have the opportunity to shop. There is also a smaller general store in Moskosel (about 15 km).
