Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The large house and its outbuilding are warm, pleasant to live in and functional. The largest is our year-round home so everything is very comfortable. Last winter, we did some work that further improved life in the house (change of all the door frames, bay window, bio-climatic pergola, outdoor kitchen...) A 10 m x 4 m heated pool was recently built. My all in a large flowered garden.
