We welcome you to our independent studio (separated from our house by a large barn) with private access minutes from the Loire. Quietly, you will have everything you need for a comfortable country rest. This studio of about 30 m2 has its own kitchenette, shower room and private toilet. Strolling through the countryside and enjoying an adjoining terrace will help you find the serenity you seek. Everything you need to prepare tea and coffee to enhance your stay.

Charming self-contained suite in farmhouse

Suite in 19th century property. Carefully decorated for a pleasant stay. Independent access to a 45 m2 bedroom, a living room area and private shower room. No kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard and large green garden with views of horses. Old stones and greenery will seduce you. Villiers-Sous-Grez is a charming little village. Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

"Le Cerisier"

Studio on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. The studio, extended by a private terrace, is located at the back of our house with independent entrance so it is away from street noise. Ideal for a couple of hikers, or just a break between river and forest. Train station and shops are a 7-8 minute walk. Please note, the ceiling height is 1.85 meters, it is not very high :-))

Come and relax in our large air-conditioned studio with independent entrance, upstairs in our house, with views of our pond and the surrounding countryside, at the gates of Chambord and the Loire by bike. You can stroll around our pond or fish or take a short boat ride, while observing the local fauna and flora in a quiet and peaceful setting. Want to recharge your batteries? Our cottage "Sur la route de la rose" awaits you: a true haven of peace for a simple stopover, a romantic weekend or a professional stay. Old stable completely renovated, you will find the comfort necessary to put down your bags. Adjacent to our main house, you will have a private terrace and garden via the common courtyard of our house and will enjoy the outdoors in complete peace.

Loft-style cottage in the countryside, 1 hr 20 min from Paris

Loft in the countryside, for a quiet and exotic stay. The living room (about 60m2) is upstairs. The downstairs bathroom (wc and shower) includes a hot tub and sauna. Direct access by glass door to the covered swimming pool (and heated to 28 degrees). The loft is in a wing of the main residence. STUDIO – 2 pers - IDEAL LOIRE A VELO

This studio, on the first floor of our house, is completely renovated and is ideally placed for a stop on the "Loire à Vélo". It is located 2 steps from the SULLY/ST PERE footbridge and a 2-minute walk to the Château, Downtown, Shops and Services. A large independent entrance allows you to store your bikes safely. In our common courtyard, we provide you with garden furniture.

The Crapahuters' Lair

Climbers, hikers, cyclists, workers... you are 25 km from Fontainebleau, and on a hiking trail 2 km from Buthiers! The accommodation welcomes you comfortably with the pool on sunny days. The beds are made on arrival, all linens are provided free of charge. For a stay of 6 people, you can also book the "Stone Cottage near the Forest" which is on the other side of the garden.

We welcome you to our independent studio (attached to our main residence) with private access and parking space in front of the studio. Possibility to put bicycles and motorcycles under cover and safely. Bright 40 m2 studio, with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet private. Comfortable sofa bed (sheets and duvet and pillows provided) for 1–2 people.
