Sweet studio apartment with the needed supplies for cooking and a well functioning microwave/oven combination. Well located by the pool, walking paths along canal an and the Loire, town center and restaurants. The apartment is also close to the train to Paris and Nevers. Bed was comfy and apt includes table and chairs. I was happy to find it free of clutter but with needed amenities.

Upon arrival, Gérard welcomes you with kindness and benevolence. You are welcomed like royalty, the fridge is filled with the essentials, with little extras (eggs from the chicken coop, pastries, juice, fruit) Even the dog was entitled to his little gift 😉 The apartment is functional, large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and all the amenities you can have at home (food processor, steamer, raclette grill and many other things) Sofa and bedding very comfortable. The residence is quiet, the dog was free to do his business without fear. Thanks again to Gérard for hosting us. I recommend it without a second thought, you can go there without so much as a second thought.

We stayed in this apartment with two kids for a week. The host was very responsive and was determined to help whenever we asked for. The parking in front of the apartment was easy and safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The location of the property suited us very well since we could visit to several attractions(from the city Orleans to as far as Oradour-sur-Glane) around the region. Overall, we have a very positive experience at the Janminh’s tidy apartment.

Excellent stay! The accommodation was clean, the atmosphere pleasant and the place quiet and the hosts very friendly. Special mention for the restaurant located just downstairs, run by the owners: excellent cuisine that delighted me at noon!

Clean, spacious, very well-equipped accommodation, Cécile thought of the smallest details (very well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom). Cécile is very available and responsive. We stayed one night and despite arriving late, Valentin waited for us to give us the keys and even saved us a place on the street to park. He was also flexible at check-out time. It is a very cozy and very quiet house. 100% recommended

A great place to stay with the luxury of private parking. The convenience of the tram is excellent. 5 mins by tram into the city centre. The flat corresponds perfectly to the photos. It's quiet and bright and the lovely big balcony is a great bonus when the weather's nice.

Knowing the area, we chose Combleux for its calm and its proximity to the Loire for soothing walks and a pleasant environment. The accommodation is very clean and fully matches the photos and description. Ngum is very responsive by message. Our stay went well.
