Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Tehuset er en del af herregården Eskjær Hovedgaard, og ligger derfor i forlængelse af smukke og historiske omgivelser. Se www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

The cottage

“The cabin” is a full insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. Large living room with kitchen living room (sofa bed), a room (sofa bed), toilet with bath and a large loft. “The cabin” is 66 m2 and is newly built in 2017. It is located at the bottom of our garden in private villa area out to open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. There is a path to the water (10 min walk) and Glyngøre town where you will find shopping and restaurants. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, electric kettle, coffee maker, service.

Child-friendly and well-maintained house with plenty of space

Our cottage is located by the beautiful Limfjord on the outskirts of the summer town of Hvalpsund. Here there is room for indoor coziness in the large kitchen, room for 12 overnight guests, barbecue evenings and relaxation on the large terrace and play and bonfire in the garden. The house is equipped with beds, chairs and toys for smaller children. With only a five-minute walk to the water, both big and small can join in. Hvalpsund offers a cozy harbor area, vintage shops and local roadside stalls. A beautiful house for the whole family.

Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. Lovely cottage with the best location only 600 m from the wonderful beach. From the house, you have fantastic views of protected nature. New cozy summerhouse from 2009 at North Sea Denmark in the middle of very nice nature dunes and trees near Løkken and Blokhus, only 350m from beautiful beach. Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.
