Leisure residents are rented 24 hours or weekly. Holiday home in newly renovated farmhouse. The house is located on the same farm as the landlord's residential building. The house is 74 sqm in two floors with small hall, kitchen, bath and TV room on the lower floor. Open sleeping loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with a double bed 180x200. Steep stair to upper level. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we would like your request at least 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Walking distance to Carl Larsson farm and Stora Hyttnäs 650 meters, Sundborn church 900 meters. Close to nature with electric light trails and hiking trails. Only 200 meters to refreshing swimming in Sundbornsån. Summer time is possible to rent sup board. Lugnet, Dalarna University, Falu center about 13 km, World Heritage Falun - Falu Mine 14 km.

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
