Very nice apartment, super equipped (there were even games and pet bowls in the closet), very good location - close to the manufacture, new housing estate. The apartment has a great terrace, great contact with the owner. Highly recommend and thank you! :)

Lovely flat suitable for a family stay. Would definitely like to stay again. Convenient location about 20min walk or 5min drive to manufaktura. Secure parking slot across the road. Large rooms, except for the kitchen. The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony. The block of flats has a lift but you need to walk up about 8 steps to get to it, which was a bit tricky with a pram. The front door intercom does not always work so sometimes you need to go down to open the door. The apartment was very warm even in cold weather and without turning in the heating. Altogether a lovely stay, highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay! We stayed for three weeks over Christmas and New Year’s Eve and were comfortable the whole time. The apartment was very homely, we were able to relax and work from home with ease. The location was perfect, very close to the Main Street and train station. The apartment was also very warm during the cold weather. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped and the bed comfy. Also a great TV with Netflix etc for the quiet days between Christmas and New Year. Will 100% stay again next time we visit family in Łódź. Thank you!

Fantastic place, everything as described and photographed. Perfectly located on Piotrkowska Street and a big plus is the space in the underground garage. The owner himself is very helpful. I recommend this place!

For a few days, yes, no longer. Unfortunately, the bathroom drain didn't work very efficiently, and there was often an unpleasant smell. Plus location and contact with the host.

I've been a guest with Paweł 2 times in just over a month. The apartment is clean, nice as in the photos and description. Host communicative and seamless. Good location, close to Manufaktura, Piotrkowska. Somewhat unpleasant surroundings, old garages, road renovations, sidewalks, etc. everywhere, but I think it will be great in a while. I recommend this apartment and host !!!

Nice place, located in a quiet and peaceful part of the city, big and comfortable, if you are traveling by car and there is no problem with getting there, I personally appreciated the blinds on the windows, which allowed you to make full darkness in the room and restful sleep :) Definitely worth the price :)
