Carnmhor, 252y/o Stunning cottage on its own shore

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Wonderful cottage with some great history to it. When I finally sat down at the water front and had a glass of wine I really gave in to how beautiful and wonderful this place is. Great view of the mountains and so many neat little touches to the property. The kids loved looking for sea glass and watching the tides come in and out. The games cupboard was a huge hit with the kids as well as the bunk beds with a full shelf of books. Such a great place to really get a good feel for the area and the history.

‘Tigh na ba’, Loch Etive, Argyll

Marie-CarolineRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

Pier Cottage , Glenstriven Estate , Lochstriven

RobertRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was the most incredibly beautiful property in a stunning location. Pier Cottage is so private and peaceful with views over Loch Striven where you can sit and relax whilst watching the array of wildlife around you or take the kayak out on the loch. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well appointment with everything you would need for you stay. If you are looking for somewhere to unplug from the world and completely relax - this is the ideal place.

Harbour House, wonderful accommodation on the quay

RobinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The location was perfect. It’s quite hard to find a place if you don’t make reservations in advance (even in April) so keep that in mind. The place was lovely. And Fiona was very responsive.

CaRHUvan- cosy and charming caravan with sea view.

MarionRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Jackie's caravan is located in the garden of her house, facing the sea, in the lovely village of Arisaig. It's a great experience to spend a few nights in this cute caravan with a large comfortable bed. 2 very good restaurants right next door and a supermarket open until 9 p.m. We had dinner in the caravan one night which is very well equipped. The shower & toilet, very clean, are located in a small building right next door. Jackie was waiting for us behind her window to welcome us (a few minutes' walk from Arisaig train station, incredible train ride from Glasgow! Great views, Hogwarts Express viaduct, etc.) and was very helpful at the start to help us following the cancellation of our ferry. Thanks to her! I would recommend this place for an original experience in the pretty village of Arisaig, far away from the mass tourism of Fort William & Mallaig.

Scalpsie Seaside Glamping Pod 2

IainRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Had a brilliant time in Pod 2. Location was magic with lovely views of Arran and of the beach. The Pod has everything you would need for a couple of days off grid. Well equipped with a really good shower. We took a small camping BBQ which made things even better which went well with the fire pit. The log burner inside the pod gets everything nice and toastie in no time at all. The cows outside your door in the morning are a welcome sight as are the seals on the nearby rocks. Just take a travel phone charger just in case and you’re sorted. Lisa the host was friendly and happy to help. Can’t wait to go back.

Port Moluag House, Isle of Lismore

SueRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A totally private and peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. Short or longer walks straight from the house, amazing cakes from the cafe at the heritage centre, friendly islanders and lots of sheep with their lambs. Back to the house for a swim, time in the steam room, then the drench shower, all with the view. A perfect few days for celebrating my husband’s birthday, he even managed to feel relaxed ( very unusual for him). Dereks place is unique and special.

Port na Ba Beach Cottage

RubyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a fabulous time at Port Na Ba! Amazing location viewing otters, dolphins, hares, sheep & lambs, & Northern Lights straight from the window. Could not be in a more perfect location for nature lovers. Very secluded location and a little distance away from the nearest shop but perfect if you prefer to be away from any hustle & bustle.

A Magical Lochside Retreat Our stay at this beautiful lodge on a tranquil Scottish loch was simply unforgettable. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The lodge itself was spotless and cozy, with a warm and inviting interior. The thoughtful gift from the host was a lovely touch, making us feel instantly welcome. The host provided fantastic recommendations for local activities and restaurants, from scenic walks and boat trips to dining on delicious Scottish cuisine. Every suggestion was spot on, enhancing our experience. We loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the loch and unwinding in the cozy living area after exploring. Every moment was magical, and the attention to detail made it truly special. If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat with amazing hospitality and beautiful surroundings, this lodge is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!
