We had a great stay at Burach no 2 and hope to return. Our dog Izzy was really happy with the treats. It was comfortable and everything we needed was there. Thank you!

Home in Callander

Great property in a brilliant location. Facilities were excellent. Loved the hot tub, plus the hut with the pool table and dart board were a favourite with the kids (and adults!). The house was clean and warm and the host's communication was clear, helpful and regular. We would definitely return - we had a great time.

Home in Kinlochleven
4.93 out of 5 average rating, 119 reviewsKinlochleven Highland Retreat
Trip for 5 ( 2 adults 3 children). The house is spacious, on a quiet street, where many walks are available to you. The beds are comfortable and tall, the equipment is at the top (my husband loves to cook, he was delighted). The owners are pleasant and responsive. In short, we loved our stay.

4.98 out of 5 average rating, 134 reviewsRhanna, Mallaig
Absolutely delighted with the cottage it was extremely clean. Very cozy and warm. We knew we would arrive in the dark but Mathew had the lights on and it was very welcoming. Views of the harbour and was great watching the smaller fishing boats . Skye was beautiful when we could see it as a wee bit misty The sunset in the street was beautiful. The pups even were catered for as treats left for them which was thoughtful. The driveway to park was narrow but was made when vehicles were not so big , got my VW caddy in but was tight . However I would have been happy leaving my van on the quiet street . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enclosed small garden was handy first thing in the morning and last thing at night Beautiful beeches, end of season but we had a chilled great weekend and no negatives about cottage . Thank you Mathew for allowing dogs and being dog friendly but being immaculate too .

We were only able to stay one night, but we were greeted with a tin of homemade shortbread that was such a welcome treat, after a long day on the road.

Villa in Clovullin
4.56 out of 5 average rating, 9 reviewsHistoric Country House
Beautiful house with spectacular views & great walking & hiking. The house is unpretentious, warm & comfortable offering old world charm & comfort. Our party ranged from 3-63 and everyone found a corner of the house that suited them with loads of board games, table tennis & the billiard room was a great hit with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped & has everything you need for feeding a large party of people. I would definitely recommend this property & would love to return in the future.

4.91 out of 5 average rating, 67 reviewsLuxurious mountain retreat lodge Hunters Quay
It was such a lovely stay for my sons 6th birthday. Amenities were off peak which weren’t stated in the description however the place spoke for itself and ended up being a lovely off grid stay for a few days. Also visited Pucks Glen. You should include that into your book, it’s stunning and 10mins away from the cabin. Greeted to birds and horses each morning, I look forward to returning.

Love Samantha's place, as well stocked a kitchen as I've encountered on AirBnB and lots of space and light. Great location close to many bars and restaurants (Finnieston Road). Responsive host. Would happily book again.

Had a great stay! Very accessible and great restaurants nearby. Parking available right next to the house and there’s a public lot a couple of houses away. Place was huge with enough rooms to spread around. Was very comfortable, would come again!
Cabin in Inverclyde
5 out of 5 average rating, 14 reviewsCabin retreat in Wemyss Bay
The lodge was great. Fantastic sized decking for eating etc. 2 parking spaces for cars. Comfortable living area with TV and some games and toys for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, everything you’d really need for a self catering holiday. A nice big gas hob with 5 burners and an electric oven. Also a dishwasher. A separate fridge and freezer with good space inside both. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. The lodge was lovely and clean and obviously kept to a high standard. The only small downside was the in lodge WiFi could be a bit in and out. Although we were there on a school holiday weekend when the park was very busy. The caravan park is probably our favourite. It’s definitely the least “packed” in with people. So everything is never really that busy. If you visit try to take a day trip with the ferry at across from the entrance to the park. Not much in Rothesay but it’s a lovely trip/day out.

We stayed at Sam’s place at the end of October, it was exactly as it was shown in the listing, the directions Sam provided were absolutely perfect and the views (once the autumn mist had cleared) were great. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area 10/10.
Island in Oban
5 out of 5 average rating, 15 reviewsLismore Bunkhouse on the Isle of Lismore
A lovely, modern, well-designed environmentally sensitive building with three en-suite rooms opening on to a spacious living/kitchen area. Great views up towards Ben Nevis. Being about mid-way on the island exploring north and south on foot is easy. Wonderfully near the only shop and the community centre cafe and museum. Food at the cafe is punching above its weight for a small island with a great menu. Clare has an organic kitchen garden which can provide fresh veg if available plus eggs from the chickens.
Camper/RV in Gourock

Pleased to have finally discovered this place despite having driven past often enough! Great caravan, fantastic views, peaceful site and very helpful host. My original booking dates fell through and James kindly agreed to change even though didn't need to, which is sign of a great host but more importantly a generally decent person! Will return to James caravan unless I manage to acquire one at the site myself!

Cabin in Fort William
4.92 out of 5 average rating, 253 reviewsInverskilavulin - Frances' Sketch Pad with Hot Tub
An Idyllic Getaway! Our stay at this enchanting wooden lodge was absolutely wonderful. Our host's warm welcome set the tone for our visit, ensuring we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The lodge is nestled in a private estate surrounded by woods, offering great spots to walk the pooch and get away from daily life. Inside, the cosy ambiance was enhanced by a charming log burner that kept us comfortably warm. The lovely hot tub was an added bonus, providing a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the amazing views. The bathroom with a view was an unexpected delight, adding to the luxury and tranquility of our stay. The views of Ben Nevis from the lodge were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed to enjoy a hassle-free and relaxing stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect stay at the Schoolhouse cottage. The property is beautifully presented, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. It's bigger than the pictures let on yet still cozy and warm. The views are stunning and the property is well located for exploring the surrounding area. Chris and Sarah are wonderful, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much John and Dora for being wonderful hosts! Such a warm and welcoming experience through out and the home made cookies were delicious 😋 from the start John has been so responsive and helpful. The cottage is immaculate, cozy and homely with all of the amenities needed for your stay - and great coffee! The log burner made for a relaxing night in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Cottage in Oban

I had a wonderful stay at the cottage and really enjoyed being on the island. Everyone was very welcoming and the nature is just breathtaking! The cottage was cozy and the heaters and fireplaces kept it nice and warm even in late November. Jill provided everything you could need and even made a welcome gift. I will miss watching the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee at the kitchen window! Hope to be back soon.
