Bronturnor Cottage, Snowdonia

TreforRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A group of us were walking the Pilgrim Trail from Twywn to Aberdaron then going over to Bardsey in nemory of my beautiful wife Glynwen. So Bronturnor Cottage was used as a base as it was central for the trail. We had different friends and family staying during the 11 days and Jeston and Shameem offered fresh towels and bedding on our various changes of personality. Excellent wifi . Additionally, Jeston and Shameem gave us a generous donation to The Brain Tumour Charity. Thank you so much

Derw Glamping Pod with Sea view

CherrylRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Such a fantastic pod for our couple of nights in the area. We walked the easy walk to the local beach and also the very scenic route along the coastal road to Benllech and back a couple of times. The cosy pod had everything we needed for our stopover and was spotless with fantastic views. Sue was an excellent host with helpful information about the local area and we really appreciated the welcome gift pack.

Photos don’t really do this place justice. Great caravan, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and great views. We used it as a base for Zip World, which it was perfectly located for. Andrea was great host and quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay again.

The Old Stables

AndrejRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Old Stables might be the most interesting house I've ever stayed in. Cozy. And quirky. Kids loved it! It features hidden closets, a hidden bedroom for two dwarfs, a hidden laundry room and even a hidden toilet. We counted at least 78 places one can hide stuff in. There's a vampire house next doors and a cemetery behind it. The living room is spacious, there's a separate corner for reading upstairs and a big table for board games. The beds are comfy. Everything worked and was clean. Jane was very comunicative and helpful. She even lent us a vacuum cleaner for our car when the kids made mess in it. Tall and plus-size fellows, beware though. There's low ceilings, very low arches and corridors one has to literally squeeze through. While we loved the house, it might not be for everyone. Heartily recommended.

Peaceful Countryside Shepherd’s Hut Conwy

RebeccaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We have arrived home after a few wonderful days staying at the Shepherd’s Hut hosted by David and Kara and are missing it already! The hut itself was so cosy and inviting with everything provided for our stay and even included blankets for our dogs which they were happy about! After walking and exploring all day, it was lovely to get back to the hut for comfort, beautiful surroundings and soak in being in nature. The dogs and our daughter loved playing outdoors by the hut where they were greeted by the horses and donkeys. We had our own washing block which was like a large modern and exceptionally clean en-suite just for our own use. There were plenty of walking trails once we stepped outside the hut and the local town a few minutes away. I had packed a toaster and cooking pan, and lots of extras thinking we’d need it - we didn’t! This was all provided and it felt like we were home from home. Sadly running out of space to write more… brilliant hosts and fantastic getaway - thank you!

Woody's Luxury Glamping 'Bella' / Private Hot Tub

AlannaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thank you so much to Tracey and James for being such fabulous hosts during our weekend stay. We booked the Bella tent for two nights with our 5 year old daughter and our dog. The tent was beautifully furnished and so cosy, we felt right at home. The tent had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and there was also a spotless toilet, showers and a kitchen area with fridge, hob and microwave. The surroundings were absolutely stunning and exactly what we needed after a stressful week. James and Tracey prepared beautiful dishes for us and nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for pure relaxation and to be wined and dined hassle free this is the place to be. Fantastic, place and fantastic people. Thank you so much.
