Cottage vacation rentals in Llan-non

We had a fantastic few days staying at the cottage. It's in a beautiful part of the world, we had amazing weather which meant we spent loads of time in the garden and hot tub, making the most of the incredible views and clear, dark skies, for star gazing. It's so well equipped, our 2 young kids had everything they needed, much appreciated. It's just a lovely, lovely place. 100% recommend. Thanks so much!

I had a lovely few days enjoying the quiet and the animals were a huge plus - donkeys, pigs, goats and horses!

A wonderful warm welcome awaits in this picturesque corner of wales. Beautiful rolling countryside and utter peaceful surroundings. A lovely break away from it all where nothing is too much trouble for the host to ensure you have a great stay!

We had a lovely two night stay at Debbie & Roger's. The accommodation was exactly as described set in beautiful surroundings. Debbie is a great host friendly but discreet and even prepared the hot tub for the time of our arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Great cottage! Beautiful conversion. Nice and peaceful. Perfect for a chilled and romantic getaway. Loved the little detailed booklet provided which had details on how to use the amenities in the cottage and the details on local areas and places to visit. Very thoughtful! Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at river cottage! It was so peaceful and the house was so cosy. We loved watching the sheep (from the comfort of the sofa) drinking from the river in the mornings. Angela was a great host and quick to respond to any messages. We walked round Hafren forest which was lovely (about 30-40 mins drive away) and climbed Snowdon (a 2 hour drive away). Also had a great Chinese from the village in Llanidloes. All in all, would recommend for a tranquil escape to the country.

the newchapel cottage was exactly how it looks and is described on air bnb. I have to agree with every review I read before visiting, it's beautifully clean, comfortable and quiet. perfect for a relaxed and quiet break. the hot tub is well maintained and nothing was too much of a bother. we will definitely be revisiting for longer next time. On a side note, we had no signal in the area (2 phones on two different networks) but the WiFi provided has great coverage inside the cottage and into the garden.

My son said it was the best holiday he has ever had! It is the most idyllic spot, where you can completely switch off. From fresh eggs picked fresh that morning from the chickens, to the perfect view from the huge hot tub, a wonderfully relaxing break with everything you could need on site. Highly recommend and already have to all my friends.

My son and daughter in law stayed as I bought it for a birthday present! Alison was amazing and spoilt them both as well as Jo-Jo (their little dog). Fab treats were left for all and Jo-Jo was happy as a sand dog with his soft toy! Fantastic Host and fantastic place to stay! My turn next 😌

This is our 3rd stay at Gwardolau and won’t be our last. The cottage and location is absolutely perfect for our cycling and walking. So near the town of Rhayader and the Elan Valley. The cottage is comfortable and warm and more than enough amenities to satisfy our needs. Nothing is too much for Karl. We needed to tweak our dates and Karl obliged without hesitation. Sitting in the garden surrounded by birdsong and fabulous views is the perfect antidote to a busy life. We really appreciated the new seating this year too. I recommend the Lost Arc for coffees, breakfasts and lunches and of course Friday night, pizza night. The Triangle Pub is also a must for great pub grub. The visitor centre at the Elan Valley is a great place to start your reservoir walk however in our case a cycle ride. The place is spotless and litter free and the staff are friendly and helpful. The first 60 minutes parking is free. Isn’t that great. All and all Karl’s place is a real gem.

the house was absolutely beautiful. it was close enough to all the shops and not too far from the beach, while also being private and quiet. had all the amenities we could possibly need for a nice holiday. host was friendly and responsive.

We have just arrived home after a lovely 3 night stay at Alan and Amaia's cottage. the cottage is just like a home away from home. As described and has everything we needed (plus more) for our stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean, well presented and comfortable for our stay. super comfy beds (we appreciated the good quality bed linen too!) with a good shower. A perfect space for two or a family. Thank you both, we'll be back!

Dear Fiona, My family and I had a very pleasant stay at your beautiful character cottage. The home-made warm apple crumble with cream and milk for our tea with your personal welcome note was a warm welcome after a long drive. The children loved their treats too, thank you. The house was fully equipped with everything that was needed to feel at home. The only downside was the weather which was out of anyone's hands. The pretty surroundings and the horses visible from the cottage made up for it all. Also, thank you for the beach supplies that we borrowed, they were much appreciated! The views the house are awesome. Views over the reservoir and the hills and the mountains in the distance. There is a real feeling of isolation with the properties location which is ideal for that getaway away from town or cities. Lots of land to go for walks around the property , which we explored lots of with our dog and kids. This place is definitely on our list ones to come back to.

Our second visit and still too short. Peaceful and beautiful natural surroundings and a well equipped and very comfortable cottage. Perfect

Had an amazing time! Hosts were fantastic, gave great instructions for the fire, kitchen appliances and hot tub. Our dog absolutely loved the private field and we got to see the amazing sunset and stars from the top of the hill - Thank you! We loved our stay and the gifts were a lovely suprise 10/10

Stayed in May, beautiful spring flowers, such a choice of beaches, cliff walks,wild life. Worth a boat trip to see seals and puffins. A lovely cottage with very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and beach equipment for families.

lovely stay, beautiful setting and the house looks even better than the photos - large airy rooms upstairs. Plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sunshine. very responsive hosts and friendly but equally had plenty of privacy, even though they are on site. we left some things by mistake and they quickly sorted out posting them back to us. would definitely stay again or recommend to friends looking for a quiet place to stay.

My family and I have just returned from a lovely weekend at fair acres. We had a lovely weekend. Lovely property situated in a great location for exploring saundersfoot/tenby. Property was as described, ideal for a family of 4. Our little ones enjoyed playing on the grassed areas at the front of the property. We would definitely return.

We have just arrived home from our beautiful stay at beili glas cottage. An absolutely stunning location and service, peter and lydia communicated extremely well and even got a slightly earlier check in. Very peaceful and couldn't have asked for more. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great house close to the centre of Pembroke! Was a great base to explore the local area and Skomer Island. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. An added bonus was a box of toys and books for the kids which was very much appreciated by them! Would definitely recommend

My stay was just a quick overnight visiting family. I have previously stayed at another property within the Pencerrig collection, there is a consistent aesthetic, the houses are beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and both bathrooms were great. I didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked. I stayed alone this time but I can imagine having a lot of fun in the outdoor spaces with company. A real gem in a great outdoorsy area with 2 pubs within crawling distance.

We couldn't of asked for more from our stay. The location is idyllic, with a natural playground right on the doorstep. The accommodation is wonderfully done, and carers for adults and kids alike. Leah and family were welcoming and informative, and there's a very helpful guide to all the local amenities you could possibly want. We were thrilled with our stay, and the only down side is that we had to leave!
