The cottage must be left in a clean condition, if you do not want to clean yourself, you must book a company for this. Cleaning supplies are located in the house. Purchase of toilet/household paper is the responsibility of the guest.

The accommodation is about: 60m2 and accommodates a bedroom and one sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as a large kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Patio with gas grill is available at the property. Proximity to sandy beaches, raukar and beautiful nature. Padelbana and golf course are 2km away. Ljugarns community is 5 km away and there is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes.

Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. The house has all the amenities you need such as a dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue and stable Wi-Fi. You clean up after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Vitvikens havsbad ligger 1 km bort, där finns det restauranger, kaffe, paddel minigolf. Stranden är även hundvänlig. Inom 30 km finns det MTB spår, samt fina vandringsleder. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.

Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
