We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Marta ist eine sehr freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und die Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Marta hat uns sofort über Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen informiert, sie brachte uns sogar eine Geburtstagstorte, ohne dass erwähnt wurde, dass jemand Geburtstag hat. Das war eine wirklich tolle Überraschung! Check out war für uns sehr flexibel, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können die schöne Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Our stay in Zadar was absolutely amazing, thanks to this beautiful home and the incredible host! The house was stunning - spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The pool was a true highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything looked exactly like the photos, if not better! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We truly felt at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - it's the perfect base for discovering Zadar!

We spent a very nice stay at Danijela's place, the little garden is super charming, the sea very close by, and the city very accessible! And Danijela welcomed us very nicely, it was a pleasure!

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

A little hard to find because neither Google nor Apple Maps get it right (do not ignore the instructions from the hosts like we did initially!) but a nice set of apartments in a gorgeous setting. Still close to Zadar but without all the tourists. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything you could want, including just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were charming, helpful, and helped make everything so easy from the start.

I had a lovely time in Kali, the place is a dream if you like nature and walking. The apartment was perfect and the host was super friendly and helpful. I recommend this a lot and I'd love to come back at some point.

Idilična lokacija ob morju, z zasebno teraso obrnjeno proti oljčniku, mir, tišina, kristalno turkizno morje v neposredni bližini. V apartmanu, ki deluje majhen, je dovolj prostora za 4-5 ljudi. Priporočam.

Tomislav ist ein sehr aufmerksamer & zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei Fragen und Anregungen konnte man sich immer an ihn wenden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Von Vorteil ist die leichte Einfahrt & der Parkplatz neben dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten und ein Lebensmittelladen ist auch direkt um die Ecke, so wie etliche Bars & Restaurants. Falls man in seinen Urlaub sportliche Aktivitäten einbringen möchte, kann man bei Tomislav Fahrräder sowie Stand-Up Paddles ausleihen. 👍🏻

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana. Klasse Aussenbereich, toller Ausblick und wirklich reine Privatsphäre ohne Nachbarn oder dergleichen - die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betten sind neu und gemütlich. Edwin war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und wir hatten einen Obstteller, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßung! Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend, außerdem wurde der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht ‚perfekt‘ waren, wie in vielen Bewertungen beschrieben. Sehr wenig Schränke und wenig Stauraum, wir waren zu zweit mit Hund weswegen das Kinderzimmer als Kleiderzimmer diente. Im Bad waren Waschbecken, Duschstange und Klobrille locker. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben. Bspw. Ein zweites größeres Schneidebrett, Eine zweite Pfanne oder ein Brotmesser. Das soll allerdings nicht den Eindruck über die grundsätzlich tolle Villa trüben! Wir kommen gern wieder!

If you plan to visit Zadar, this is the house to stay in. Calm neighbourhood, 5 min to the town center via Uber and it is as great as it looks on the pictures. Furthermore you will have the perfect, welcoming hosts in Antonija and Marko. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet, tolle Lage, Pool, Parkplatz und vor allem die phantastische Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Maja ! La maison était formidable, la vue magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Maja est une des meilleures hôtes j’ai pu rencontrer ! Très réactive par message, elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour nos excursions et nous a aidé à sauver le crâne brûlé de notre ami (encore merci pour l’aloe vera !).
