Vacation rentals with beach access in Lixouri

Kriti was very kind, helpful, provided useful and accurate directions, she always responded quickly. The apartment is in a very nice area, has private parking and allows you to quickly and easily reach the center of Argostoli. It also has all the useful services! Highly recommended.

This was the most beautiful place that we could ever have hoped to have spent our honeymoon. The setting and studio are stunning and with easy reach of everything that we needed. The pool area was wonderful place to spend time with it's - out of this world view! Anna arranged our taxi transfers to and from the port so we had no worries on getting to her studio and greeted us on arrival. Everything and more had been thought of for our stay and we were welcomed with an array of provisions to get us started. We loved the ingredients that were either made by Anna or family and used them in preparing salads.We have never stayed somewhere that has been so well equipped, immaculate and the thoughtful extra touches. Anna was so helpful and knowledgable and gave us a huge amount of information, what to visit, how to book with local boat companies and local restaurants etc. We felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place and will return to stay and see the lovely Anna and her husband.

Love the Myrto! This is our 3rd stay here and we love it. The host Dionisis and his family are wonderful, so friendly and welcoming and always responsive if any questions need answering. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and thank you so much for the welcome local treats. Everything we needed for our 16 day stay was available, including clean towels, bedding and bins emptied daily. Parking available with the apartment as well. Quiet location, but 5 minuteswalk from the nearest bar and tavernas . There's a fantastic choice of places to eat and drink in the village and wonderful friendly people. We have visited Kefalonia 6 times now and always stay in this village. No loud clubs and bars so perfect for us, just a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend the Myrto apartments and thank you so much for another brilliant holiday. Hope to be back for a 4th visit 😃

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

We spent 1 week in 'Eleni's House.' The apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance. The landlords (= Alexia's parents) live upstairs. The apartment is well equipped - e.g. a fully equipped kitchen where you can also cook 'properly.' If something is missing, you just have to let them know. There is a large terrace for sitting outside. The house is located on a small hill, 5 minutes' walk from Xi beach with numerous beautiful beach bars and restaurants (e.g. Antonello's Grill) and yet seems rural through the large garden with olive trees, grapes and cackling chickens. What makes it special, however, are Jorgos and Eleni, who take care of their guests with a lot of genuine warmth - always a nice conversation or small touches (grapes from the garden, homemade cake, etc.) and even an invitation to the family barbecue. It was our first stay in Kefalonia - Eleni and Jorgos made it special. Thank you!!

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

Beautiful apartment surrounded by a wonderful garden. You can quickly reach the beautiful, mostly empty beach, which is also good for children to swim. Chloe lovingly takes care of the house and garden, we hope to come back soon!

Had a wonderful stay at Faro Del Porto. Antonis was so easy to communicate with, and really quick at responding to all queries. He was waiting as I arrived and made me feel very welcomed! Ample space to park, just a short walk down to a little cove and the main port, and not too much further to walk into the main poros town. Probably one of the hotels with one of the shorter walks in this area, as most the others are up in the hills. The location here is perfect - high enough for the views but not too high that it makes it a mission if you don’t have a car. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh feeling and a simple yet luxury aesthetic, certainly for the price range. The balcony was large and provided the most amazing views, to literally see the sun rise without leaving bed across the poros port was incredible! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in poros, or even with those wanting somewhere to easily access skala whilst having a peaceful retreat away from the busy areas.

The island is stunning and highly recommended. Panagis' house is in a perfect location overlooking the bay below, and in the morning, when I woke up, I could enjoy a truly breathtaking view from the terrace. The apartment is very charming, with all the comforts, and Panagis has always been very responsive and accommodating to my requests. I hope to return as soon as possible!

Octopus Garden stands out as one of our all time favourite Airbnb locations! Ideal in every way! My son and I felt instantly at home! Agia Effimia is a tranquil, cozy village away from it all, yet Argostoli was an easy drive that we made several times to beauty spots on the other side of Kefalonia. The proximity to Sami was a massive plus, as there are tons of sights and lovely shopping. The house is spacious and had everything that one could possibly need. My son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. The wash machine was extremely handy. Thank you so much for leaving so many goodies for us. It was nice not to have to run out immediately for supplies and groceries. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, as the restaurants in town were amazing! Amalia and Cafe Fior D’amore were our go-to’s. I will miss doing my yoga on the terrace overlooking the bay and listening and to the morning song. We loved the sweet, black cat who always greeted us and shared our sun spots!

We spent a lovely week at the villa and its an amazing property, spotlessly clean with everything you need. The hosts were great and really helpful with local recommendations. A car is a must and we managed to cover everything on our list with days out and then evenings spent at the villa. All in all a great holiday and I'd definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful, and the view from the terrace during breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Poros.

Had a great time - the house is perfect for families with small kids, ours absolutely loved the garden and the swing. Also, there is a large tree which provides shade and acceptable temperature even around noon (30+ degrees). Pebbly beach with cristalclear water just across the street and several beautiful beaches in walkable distance. Beautiful sand beach ~10 mins drive. The house itself has a large, very nice living room/kitchen and has everything one needs with two small kids. Chara was an amazing host, helped with everything and also got the dishwasher repaired within a few hours when it stopped workinf mid-week. Highly recommended!

This house was amazing, very beautiful spot and Evita was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent a wonderful vacation at Kritamos Home. Maria is a great host (along with her husband). On one day, she even delighted us with a traditional home made greek meal. The house is very nice, perfectly clean, AC working well. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen had all the things we needed, the bathroom was pretty nice and provided enough space for us. Finally, the living room was beautiful. All the furniture in the house is of high quality. There were three tables (two inside, one outside) where we could eat. The village of Pesada has a very nice and easy accessible beach (10 minute walk from the house), but a bit crowded in the afternoons. There is a single store in the village, so a car might be useful (but you will want one anyway to visit as much as possible of Kefalonia). Argostoli (the capital) is the nearest town, a 10-12 minutes drive. But the entire island of Kefalonia is worth exploring. In all, I recommend with all my heart a vacation In Kefalonia at Maria's place.

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

Everything was as it appears in the photos. Argostoli for anyone interested in going is a 15 minute drive. The responses from the hosts we had were quick and everything we needed throughout our stay was impeccable. An overall picture from personal experience I would again choose to stay in the same home.

George's house turned out to be everything it promised and more! Very convenient location, literally a stone's throw from both the center and the promenade, but despite this, it is quiet and with numerous parking spaces on the road nearby. The house was clean, tidy and was able to meet all our needs for all eight nights of our stay. George, the host, deserves a separate chapter! Very kind, super helpful, his advice on places and beaches to visit, combined with logistical advice on where to eat, shop, etc. really contributed to the perfect success of our vacation! His information on the arrival days of cruise ships in the port of Argostoli proved to be fundamental for our organization of "when to go where", allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the island to the fullest. Thank you George! Thank you Kefalonia! Both highly recommended!

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful place to stay in Assos.

Overall a great stay. Lovely room with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. The kitchen could have done with having a little more counter space (e.g. so you can drain your washing up while still having some countertop to prepare food) but apart from that, it was a really handy little space for the week we were there. The bed was very comfortable, really good quality bed linen. Towels (inc sun lounger towels for the pool - nice touch) were big, fluffy and really good quality. Within easy walking distance of Skala town centre so nice and convenient! Would happily stay here again.
