Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Excluded, cottage in rural setting

Welcome to our little cottage which we call Exemption! The property is located in beautiful Småland village of Älö, 15 min from Vimmerby, ELF. Nearby are nice swimming areas. The exception is located on the outskirts of our plot, one side to a small garden with patio and the other side to an idyllic Småland cow garden. The cottage is from turn of the turn of the century and carefully renovated. Old windows, doors and floors are preserved. We who rent out the Exemption are called Elsa & Andreas, where our two children and some linen meat pigs also live here.

Enskil cabin in the woods , with detached wood-fired sauna. (4+1 beds) In the cottage there is kitchen and toilet, bedroom with a queen (140cm) bed and bunk bed (2st90cm). Living room with dining table and large sofa and wood fireplace Five minutes to two different lakes each of them there is public bathing area , in the other lake there is access to plastic oak if desired, fishing cards can be solved. The cottage is equipped with most kitchen accessories as well as an outdoor grill. If bed linen and towels are required, it is offered for 100 sek/person.

Possibility to borrow a boat. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgrens värld and Noisy Village. 35 minutes to Eksjö trästaden, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), close by with nice walking trails. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Drängstugan in Mariannelund

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully newly renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the dream cottage Emil's friend Alfred lived in but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forests. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
