Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

Alessandra's house is a small peaceful haven, with a beautiful garden that allows you to rest pleasantly. Breakfast with a homemade cake and a great selection of products.

It was the best stay ever for me. I stayed 3 days and 2 nights for work, but the landscape, the comfortable bed, the furniture and above all the attention that Marco has towards his guests made me feel at home. From the first moment, he was always available and immediately responsive to any questions. Everything is very handy and the location is perfect, if you also want to spend a weekend out of town. I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a fantastic b&b right outside the walls of San Gimignano. Francesca was an excellent host throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome from the start with great food and conversation. Her garden is the perfect oasis to sit with a wine and gaze at the countryside and the medieval town above. The space was so private and quiet but yet just a short walk from San Gim for an aperitivo and dinner after the crowds had left for the day. I would highly recommend some local adventuring on an e-bike with PF Bike just up the hill while staying at the b&b. Enjoy your stay!

From transportation to and from the train station, to wedding décor and preparing the most delicious meals! No request was too big or too small. Il Grande Prato is more than just a venue – it’s a place where dreams come true, thanks to the incredible people there. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. One of the best places we stayed in, in Italy. The suite we stayed in was super clean and comforting. The breakfast was really cozy and nice and the big beautiful garden with swimming pool a great place to hang out. We have two young kids and for them it was such a pleasure to be here. The dinners in the garden were not only delicious but really got the Italian feeling out of it. Location is great in between Pise, beaches and gorgeous Lucca. Last but not least, the owners are the best of all. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

George is a great guy, extremely amicable and attentive, and he made our stay in Pisa very pleasant and memorable.

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

Unfortunately, I only stayed at Luisa's apartment for one night. Would have loved to have stayed longer. The apartment is just great, feels like home from the first second. Even the bedding didn't smell like the typical hotel smell but 😍 really freshly recommended! Great, quiet and yet close to the action apartment.

This was a beautiful location and right in the heat of this tiny town. One of the museums is literally outside your door. Breakfast was amazing! I’d definitely recommend these accommodations!

Benedetta was warm in welcoming me and my girlfriend. She made herself available based on our timeline and needs. We enjoyed the room, including small details like toppers, beauty kits and extra pillows. Breakfast is really varied, both savory and sweet. Benedetta welcomed us for breakfast, making sure everything was okay. Before leaving, he advised us what to do and what to see for our return home.

From Lorenzo it's like being at home away from home, they are beautiful people and we immediately had a great time. From excellent communication to super availability to our every request or question, Lorenzo opened the doors of his home to us and perhaps even a piece of heart, it seems that he is hosting people to meet and get to know each other and to make the walls of the house live always and in any case, even if they for work or for other reasons cannot be there, they make us stay with other people. And what a beautiful house then, a small villa in the middle of the nature of a green that intoxicates all around, tastefully furnished and complete with everything! We will definitely be back because once you pass the goal of the House of Agata, you feel indebted to return. If you are a lover of greenery, tranquility, Tuscany with everything it has to offer, the authentic one of the villages, a stay at the Casa di Agata is all you need. The solution that Lavinia proposes is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are cozy. Lavinia and her mom are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! P.S. Breakfast was… delicious!
