I stayed at Helmut’s place for one night and I loved the beauty and the feel of living in a historic house! The place was perfect and comfortable with all you could need for your stay. The garden and the surrounding areas were beautiful and very peaceful, perfect to relax. I was traveling with my dog and he was most welcome and enjoyed the garden and going for walks in the area around. I highly recommend staying here if you want to disconnect and have a moment of peace. I hope to be back very soon.

Overall a really perfect stay. The house was exactly as presented and hoped. Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and... Sabrina also left the pool "open" so that we could take ice baths before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. Here I was extremely petty. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but maybe you should know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy but of course you notice that people usually live in it. And that didn't bother us, but it's not a five-star hotel. As mentioned - I was now very petty, so I don't give out five stars everywhere! 😅 But overall highly recommended for six people!

We had a wonderful weekend in Stemwede! The outdoor kitchen is just a dream and the garden is much bigger than it appears in the pictures! That surprised me very positively. In the morning you can hear the rooster crowing, which rounded off the country feeling at breakfast on the terrace of the tiny house. 🥰 The outdoor shower is totally cute and really fun in the sunshine! My companion accidentally broke a bowl while washing up, which she was supposed to replace with €25. It would have been nice to read something like this as a note in the description, then we would have brought our own dishes for safety. Otherwise, everything was totally beautiful! :) I will definitely be back! Gerd and Kathinka are both exceptionally lovely people. I immediately felt very comfortable and am already looking forward to next time! 🥰 Thank you, dear ones, for this wonderful short break from the big city! Best regards and I hope to see you soon!

I was in the apple tree house for the second time with my children. We are very comfortable and welcome there. It's great to help with the supply of the animals and the apple tree house feels magical with its lights! We will be happy to come back.

We had two wonderful days in Ricky's apartment in Fischbeck and felt comfortable there again. The apartment immediately exudes coziness, is nicely decorated, spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, I have never had such a well-equipped apartment before. Ricky even provides some drinks. The location is also very nice. In the middle of the village and yet very quiet. The communication with Ricky was great. He was always very responsive, had useful tips about the area and is very accommodating overall. Thank you so much for the beautiful weekend with you.

Super nice house and nice quiet location to relax and come down! We felt right at home and were totally impressed by the accommodation. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakers and a small beach bar in the vicinity and total idyll. Many beautiful hiking routes from the property even without a car. The house was super equipped and totally well coordinated. Every corner of the house invited you to relax. Felix and Holger were friendly, uncomplicated and quickly accessible. We definitely recommend it! Not unlikely that we will come again:)

It is a dreamy place to stay. Very quiet, very nice, very private, very relaxing. The apartment is fantastically furnished, the kitchen and bathroom are very spacious and very well appointed. Helen's mum welcomed us. She is a friendly woman who explained everything and was always immediately available for questions. It's important to mention the garden. This is huge and invites you to exhale and recharge. There are three hiking trails on the doorstep. I'd love to come back. These four days at Helen's place were amazing! Thank you!

We searched for the slightly different place to stay for a close after a 60km bike tour and found it here. Easy to reach by ebike, we were even able to load it overnight. We enjoyed the sauna in the evening. Everything very nice, clean and furnished with love for detail. I'm sure we'll be back in the summer, so we can take advantage of the spacious pool ☺️

Very cozy house in the middle of the hills and forests between Detmold, Lemgo and Blomberg. Apart from Marcus on the ground floor, you have no neighbors and can do your own thing. The individual rooms are individually and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need, including some opportunities to create a well-maintained noise. I can only recommend it. Dalborn as a pretty little village with a restaurant is within walking distance, the attractions of the area within 15-20 minutes by car.

We stayed with Ingo and Janine for the second time and we felt very comfortable again. The rooms are very spacious and the open kitchen is welcoming and equipped with everything we needed. There is parking right outside the door and the nearest bus and S-Bahn stops can be reached quickly. For the children, the garden was again the highlight and the nearby playground. We'll be back.

We had a great stay. The area is nice for hiking and still not too far. Michaela always responded quickly and helped us out with little things. On the day of departure, we even got a small shuttle to the train station. Gerne again!

It was lovely to enjoy the garden and the village of Stahle and its surroundings thanks to Rita's apartment. In the kitchen there was all the necessary equipment, including to make a cake ;-) The apartment is very well decorated and perfect for children with some toys, plastic cutlery and a high chair. Rita is very welcoming and flexible on the check-in time. We'll be back with pleasure!

The stay at Bibi's and Malte's cottage was great! Check-in was super nice and everything worked smoothly. From the cottage, you can look out into the countryside and have a lot of sun from early afternoon until sunset. The sauna is really a highlight and warms you up well when it gets colder in the evening or after a cold shower outside ;) Also the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a break in the countryside, this is the place to be.
