In the area of the lake, Small Homely and Large Homemade with a beach and walking paths around them. For lovers of atmospheric places. Clean, spacious and bright studio in a historic Art Nouveau building of the former consulate, with high ceilings and views of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, to our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)
