The place is smaller, but we fit a family of 4 without any problems. We didn't miss anything. Host Tereza responded right away and responded to questions.

We found a beautiful, interesting and personally furnished apartment. The furnishings bear the signature of an artist. There is a sunny terrace that invites you to have breakfast. On rainy days, we were glad we had such a cozy place to stay. Very quiet location and the paths to the center were beautiful. Tereza lives downstairs and is always approachable and very friendly.

In Baras apartment, you immediately feel at home. We especially liked the garden and it inspired some drawings :) We totally enjoyed the rural tranquility and the Bohemian landscape. Bara is a very likeable host. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

I stayed in a flat in May 2025, and I must say, it was just as depicted in the pictures—very clean and nicely maintained. The location is excellent, situated in a pleasant part of the city with easy access to the center of the town. Despite being close to shops, the flat was quiet, providing a serene escape. As a solo traveler, I felt very secure, thanks to the locked gates that required a code for entry. The flat itself was quite spacious and included all the essential amenities. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone visiting the area. It’s clean, spacious, and aside from the absence of an iron, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Czech Republic.

Wonderful stay with Harald and slept wonderfully on the mattresses that we liked. Nice village where there are plenty to do and many shops. Harry will help you get started if you have questions, had a great holiday and nicely equipped.

Spacious apartment ideal for a family. Great amenities, nice balcony and lots of space for everyone. Great was also the access to the beach. Such beautiful sunsets as by the sea, just not so hot. Ideal!! The area is great for an active family holiday, there are great excursion options for every age group, various sporting activities (water, bike, mountain, ...), great offers. We loved it. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant and nicely clean. I can only recommend it. You can discover a lot there. So worth a vacation. Kristyna is a very likeable host. Only one negative thing was on site and that was the excavation work in front of the pool until 7 PM, but nobody can do anything about that.😉

We were very enthusiastic about the beautiful furnishings of the accommodation, as well as its location and everything else in the vicinity of the apartment. You had many activities, as well as a pool or direct access to the sea. It was a very nice holiday and the place is highly recommended.

everything went well, communication with the owner quickly. flexible check-in and checkout. just in the kitchen I was missing a scraper or sharper knives.. but that was a small detail...

Initially we planned to stay 2 nights in Hluboka, but decided to extend our stay for one additional night. Fortunately Leos agreed to provide your apartments for one more night. our stay in Hluboka was very pleasant, we have enjoyed Leos' place due to peaceful surroundings, complete privacy and clean and well equipped apartments. Highly recommended!

Hello, I stayed with my 3 children (13,11,2) for 2 nights just to switch off a bit. The hosts live upstairs and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is mega spacious, it has everything you need (microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, water surface, egg boiler). Great, large bathroom with enough towels. 2 large bedrooms with TV, a cute crib with good mattress and bedding was provided to us. A side room with a couch, also with a TV. We enjoyed the terrace with the brand new hot tub. Everything was super clean. Also that everything is within walking distance of the accommodation (marketplace 600 m , with bakery, etc.) Great mountain, beautiful playgrounds, also on the lake. We enjoyed the 3 days and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for everything 😊

We felt very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean! It was a real wow factor when we entered the apartment. We really liked the communication and helpfulness. The location close to the lake is also nice. I don't know if it was in the description, but maybe good to know: There were only 2 double beds (but beautiful with great views) and 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms in a niche. If you're claustrophobic, it's not so great. And then there was a kind of mattress camp with 4 mattresses directly on the floor on the upper floor, which can be reached via a rather steep staircase. For one night ok, otherwise rather unfavorable for adults. As a children's camp, possibly quite fun and cozy. Anyway, thanks for the lovely short stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location right on the lake with private lake access, jetty and loungers. Were traveling with a dog and that was a great fit. Nice and quiet!

The stay was great. When we needed anything, Veronika responded right away. I recommend. Close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
