Villa vacation rentals in Lipa Noi

Amazing villa, we are a group of 12 friends flying from different places and celebrating two birthdays. The place is perfect for chilling and catching up, whether it's by the pool, the comfy couch, or the lounge chairs... and the 75 inch TV made our quiz night/karaoke quite fun. Place was clean at check-in and Meow came in the morning to do first round cleaning of kitchen, then in the afternoon again for our bedrooms (we typically stayed past lunch time before heading out). Meow was super helpful and responsive. Their recommended car company was also always on time and prices were also competitive to Grab, as we need a van + a car for such big group. Overall a fantastic stay, the location is a short ride up the hill but it's as expected to get that panoramic view! Highly recommend the chef service too - yummy food and prompt cleaning after.

Most probably the best villa we have stayed in. Very modern with stunning views and great location near to center and beaches. We have rented bikes and easily managed to travel up and down the hill (2 people on bike). One of very few villas that is charging energy tariff 5thb/kwh while other villas we ‘ve stayed in charged 7thb/kwh. Danny and Yo were really helpful and considerate. I hope we will be back soon, thank you👌🏼

A beautiful villa overlooking the sunrise. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail - modern with elements related to Thai culture. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the entire room is perfectly clean. Laundry facilities can be used, which is useful for a long stay. The access to the villa is steep, so you have to have a 4x4 car, but it's worth it for such a view. Fon is very kind and communicative. Staying at her place was wonderful.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Amazing views and villa. Absolutely breathtaking, the villa well equipped. The only thing we struggled with was no washing machine..... as a large family we accumulated lots of washing but in saying that when we asked about washing facilities, the cleaner took it away and returned it all pressed and lovely. The infinity pool and outdoor area was relaxing and beautiful, we spent lots of time out there.... if it's windy though, can't use. Overall our stay was fantastic! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

The owner was super friendly, she was very kind to let us early checkin, always online in case of any questions. She also provided us all advised and recommendation. Her guest house was very roomy, very nice and private terrace, bed and linens fresh and clean. The furniture and the kitchen appliances are not new but in very acceptable condition, AC in every room which is also very nice. Upon our request, she helped us with the transfer on fair price. Overall I can highly recommend this place to stay for more than 3 nights (that’s our stay). Please be informed that it will be an additional charge for electricity (we were charged for 85 kilowatts for 3 nights barely using AC) for about 500 baht. In general, great place, great owner, quiet neighbors and wonderful Koh Samui. Thank you, Ying !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mandra, the villa itself is exceptional and even better than the photos would suggest. The villa was incredibly spacious, well maintained. It is incredibly tranquil based up in the mountain. Spotting an elephant from a near by Sanctury really topped it off! One thing to consider and factor in is the additional cost for electricity which is not included in the villa price. This is however mentioned in the villa description so was not a surprise for us. Nicky, the villa manager was very responsive, she gave clear instruction for ease when staying at the villa, she arranged for us to have a bike and also made great recommendations for local restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicky. The villa was immaculately maintained by a wonderful maid who spent adequate time each day cleaning the villa - fresh bedding and towels were provided daily. The pool was maintained on Tuesdays and Fridays during our stay. We would certainly love to return!

The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

Where to start This was the best Airbnb we stayed at Fantastic house with spacious pool nice rooms and everything to high level of quality! The absolute extra are Mahd and Kai who are there to help around the house and also make the breakfast everyday. They made us feel like home and where always very helpful The house is located at the hill just to know not every taxi goes up there but must highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at C Villa. The house is beautiful- all the rooms are very well sized, the bathrooms are modern and the layout of the house is perfect for a big group. The common areas have a lot of seating, the pools are wonderful and the location was perfect for us. We frequently walked down to the beach and restaurants are located very close by. There is a steep hill up to the house, but we had no issues with cars not being able to drive up. We also walked up the hill most days, which was totally fine! Su, the housekeeper, is an absolute angel. She took such good care of us! The house was always clean and tidy, and she helped us tremendously. And Adam, the property manager, was fantastic before and during our stay. He helped us with anything we needed, organizing excursions, tips on what to see and do, and it was fantastic to have someone available on site that was so hands on and responsive. Our experience with C Villa and all the staff surpassed our expectations..

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

There is a lot to love about Sukkho Samui Estate - beautiful furnishes, spectacular view, well equipped kitchen, the daily delivery of croissants, etc. Régis and Monica are phenomenal hosts - always ready to assist. I found them easy to communicate with. The unit is within equal traveling distance between Chaweng and Lamai. You will need access to some form of transport while you are here. Highly recommend this spot!

Our family had a memorable 5-night stay at the villa. The space and views were spectacular. The team of staff helped with every question and need we had for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We all really enjoyed our week stay at Paul's villa. The villa was spacious and comfortable and was peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views across the ocean and over to Koh Phangan. The two infinity pools were spectacular and immaculately kept. The ladies who greeted us and cleaned the villa were lovely. Wifi was fast and reliable for us to work online without a hitch. We decided not to rent a car, so had a 15 minute walk down (and back up!) a hill to shops, restaurants and the beach, which was at times challenging and not recommended for children or elderly (or the summer months). We would definitely stay again or recommend Paul's villa but next time would rent a car. My only suggestion would be to have a hairdryer and washing machine available for guests. Thank you Paul for a memorable holiday!

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

Our stay at Casa Pia was outstanding. Everything matches the descriptions and photos. The pool area is beautifully designed, as is the interior. Modern and very clean. Audrey and Eric are warm hosts, and available at any time. You should have a scooter, but also with a taxi it is easy to get from A to B. We can fully recommend the stay 👍
