Vacation rentals with a patio in Linz am Rhein

I stayed in tge apartment for 6 weeks, and was extremely comfortable there. Jonne was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out wheb needed. The place is extremely well located, at 3minutes walking distance from the botabical garden. Definitely recommend!

We were four for a long weekend in the spacious apartment in Immendorf. Immendorf itself is a sweet village, 10 minutes by car from Koblenz with a baker for rolls in the morning. The furnishings of the apartment were complete and of high quality, the private terrace has a view out into the countryside. Annabelle was easily accessible for questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

Exquisite apartment with beautiful terrace for sitting outside. There's nothing missing. Everything as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are two bathrooms and two rooms for sleeping or retreating. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex and you are in the lively part of Ehrenfeld, on Venloer Straße and surroundings in no time. The car can be conveniently parked in the underground garage and then you can best move around on foot and with the quickly accessible public transport. We immediately felt very comfortable! The contact with Henriette went wonderfully, she was waiting for us on site and immediately guided us into the underground car park. We'll definitely come back here on our next visit to Cologne!

The home was just as described, very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area is. The backyard view is amazing.

We had a very nice, albeit rainy time, in Alexandra's sweet house. Everything you need is there, the dog also felt very comfortable and the garden is very nice. We'll be happy to come back. Communication with Alexandra was straightforward and easy.

We loved our stay at Dragos's place. He communicated very smoothly and the house met expectations. There are really 5 full bedrooms and it's nice that everyone has their own place. We especially wanted to visit Cologne ourselves and found the location of the house ideal. You can leave your car safely and tram line 18 is within walking distance.

Location is top, everything was very well maintained and complete. The garden is lovely to relax in and the contact with the host went smoothly. The upstairs neighbor is also very nice and always available for questions or a chat. It was also very nice that the dogs were so welcome. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Very friendly welcome from Tom who showed us the apartment and explained everything. There was free water and a bottle of wine and tips for good food. We immediately felt really comfortable and spent a few very nice days in a cozy, very clean apartment with wonderful views of the Rhine and the opposite castle, which is wonderfully lit in the evening. Jan is a highly recommended host. Communication with him was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. His (penthouse) apartment was perfect in every respect, from the accessibility / location to the functionality / amenities in general to many, carefully and stylishly set amenity details. In addition, the tranquility was remarkable - in a central, perfectly connected location. Just as the view from the windows into the surrounding area was. We enjoyed the time of our stay all around and can only recommend choosing Jan's apartment as accommodation.

Great place to stay for a weekend get to Koblenz! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The hostess was super friendly, personally welcomed us and gave us a small introduction – that made the start immediately pleasant. Communication was overall straightforward and pleasant. The apartment is exactly as described: it is clean, well equipped and offers enough space – perfect for four, but also easily doable with six people. The location is great! The train station towards the city center is within walking distance, and the elevator to the gondola lift is right around the corner. Whether you're exploring Koblenz or just looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Perfect apartment for a successful weekend! Very clean, well located and cozy, with a large terrace on the top floor as a bonus. The bed is comfortable, and the host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend it in a second!
