In the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as three working and lovely fireplaces. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, as well as a sofa bed. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. Hot tub available Easter - end of Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter- end of October.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

There is a small swimming area about 100 meters from the door. Walking distance to the fishing camp Mellanfjärden and Trollska forest. The cabin is from 2000. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. There are nice patios where you can enjoy the amazing view and evening sun. One well-behaved dog welcome Cat can't attend.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
