Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

A cozy house in a small village. The house is surrounded by a small piece of forest and has a nice big garden. The front faces south and the back almost feels like living in a cabin in the woods. With different colored floors and the white walls, it is not a house you come across very often. With lots of light coming in through the large windows and a mix of new and old furniture, it creates a cozy atmosphere! Perfect for 2 people with a small child or dog.

Close to nature accommodation in smaller village, with beautiful environment along Ronnebyån. Torp with several beds and social areas. Patio with morning and morning sun, barbecue and bikes are available. Nearby there is the possibility of swimming, boat, canoe rental, hiking trail, grocery store as well as restaurant and cafe. The landlord is available and lives just next door.
