The apartment is all new. True to photos. Sunny. Very attentive host. We were traveling by motorcycle so parking was essential for us and it was also right below the apartment. Everything was magnificent.

We stayed 5 nights. Carlos was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is very close to Corte Inglés for any needs, such as more Tassimo coffee pods for the coffee maker, and stocking up the kitchen in general. Very comfortable space for lazing about. Steps from Parque de Concordia as well as the main bus station. Several restaurants nearby including right next door to Michelin rated Restaurante Casa Antonio. The available parking is great but it is through a super narrow historic archway, so if you’re renting a car, rent a small one :)

Ideal apartment for getting to know Jaén. We (1 couple) stayed 3 days and both the apartment and the location are perfect for enjoying Jaen. The whole house is well furnished and the best thing is the terrace with privacy and incredible views of the cathedral. Juan Carlos and Alejandro, always attentive and very friendly. We would definitely go back and recommend it.

The apartment is perfectly situated 5 mins walk from super market and cathedral. There is private parking but if you have a large car be prepared the roads are very very tight! The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for a few days for the 3 of us

Minimalist and excellent for spreading out packing. At a small thoroughfare, yet quiet even out to the street. Completely quiet in the bedroom facing the courtyard. We didn't notice any neighbors. You probably can't find a quieter place so centrally. And a well under a glass plate in the floor! Takes us back centuries.

Jerónima's apartment is beautiful. Old house renovated, with the charm of stone and wood. Very well-kept decoration and spacious, impeccable cleanliness. Huge and very comfortable beds. A quiet and peaceful area. Very close to the square, with cafes, shops and restaurants. We recommend it!

Although there was a problem at the last minute with the accommodation we had booked, Gabriel we reealojo in another apartment of his property located in the old town with the same services as the previous one. Being in the old town and not knowing the area was difficult for us to park the car but removed that, the rest of the fantastic experience. Thank you.

I loved staying in this apartment, a perfect place to disconnect. The apartment is spectacular, small but cozy with amazing views of the village and the mountains, and being able to enjoy them from the jacuzzi was the best. Isabel was helpful at all times and prepared everything for an intimate and perfect stay. I highly recommend it!

A spectacular place, the area is great for doing different routes and disconnecting in full contact with nature but at the same time with the village very close to be able to go to restaurants, supermarkets or anything you need. The apartment is well-equipped and in perfect condition, and Reyes is very kind and attentive at all times to anything.

The house is great, it doesn't lack any detail, comfortable bed, cleanliness, the jacuzzi is great, they have a private parking for the car, even though there is plenty of parking. The town is true that it has little life, many closed shops but the surroundings have many routes and nature to see which is what we were going for. Just to make a note, they charge you a small fee for hosting your pet, in my case a minipinscher, but those details that I have had in other stays are missing, such as a bed for her or a trough and/or feeder. But overall, the stay was a real pleasure. I would definitely come back.
