Perfectly equipped accommodation with a very friendly common area. Right in the middle of the mountains, close to the resorts. The hosting and communication was excellent. The stay was in the best of comforts. I would recommend it 100%

The Gîte des Oliviers is simplicity combined with elegance, rusticity combined with comfort. This pretty restored house reflects our hosts: pleasant, welcoming, warm. The human encounter with Nathalie, Christophe and one of their sons, as well as the landscape, the daily sunshine, the services in accordance with the photos and their descriptions, contributed to our stay going wonderfully! We had a wonderful holiday all together. The house provided plenty of space for our group of 15 aged 2 - 74 to enjoy themselves in their own way. The surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful and the main pool room was fantastic.

Fabulous house, just like the photos. The pool was wonderful, just the right temperature to cool off and lovely surroundings to sit and relax. The house had plenty of space for a family of 5, comfortable beds, much needed air conditioning, large modern bathrooms and all the amenities you need. We liked the extra modern touches, such as a Sonos in most rooms to play music and also the Nintendo Switch, PS4, movies and Netflix for some fun and relaxation in the evenings. Carcasonne town is lovely, with some great restaurants. We loved the nearby lake which was in walking distance. Lots of activities for the kids, paddle boarding, pedaloes and aqua park. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Thank you Guillaume and Emilie for a wonderful holiday!

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

A wonderful stay with friends in an exceptional setting, the exteriors and the huge interior living spaces are perfect for groups, also suitable for children. The jacuzzi, fireplaces, cozy sofas, pool table, swings, numerous rooms equipped with bathroom are clean, functional and comfortable, full of indoor games also for children, absolutely nothing is missing! The welcome from Sophie and Jean Louis Denois was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating hosts, the wine from the estate in organic culture is a real beautiful discovery of this magnificent terroir. I would definitely recommend this beautiful area that we are very sad to leave! We will be back

We had an exceptional stay in this cottage perfectly suited to our group of 25 people. Everything was spotless: a beautiful setting, top amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The common room is particularly well thought out and superbly equipped, offering a friendly space ideal for sharing good times. The host, Stéphane, is incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Ideal place to meet friends and family! We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent stay in this house, it is very true to its description. There is a beautiful space to live and little vis-à-vis. The kids found games and books to have fun on the spot. Sébastien was always very responsive during our interactions.

Very nice stay in this house located in the heart of a small quiet village with departure for walks. Restaurants, supermarkets, and Canal du Midi nearby. The villa, quiet, is very comfortable and very well-equipped. With two beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors, pool and jacuzzi, everything is there to have a good holiday time! Communication with the host is impeccable, and we were able to get into the listing a little earlier, thank you again! In short, a very nice place to have a great time with the family.

Myself and my friends had a wonderful week long stay at Matthew’s house. He had compiled a comprehensive guide with recommendations of the local area, where to go and what to eat - all of these recommendations were great. The house was perfect - exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything we needed! It completely exceeded our expectations with it being so much bigger than expected. With Carcassonne and Narbonne only short drives away & stunning villages nearby, we definitely want to come back to explore more. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Very good stay for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) The villa is very well-equipped, with neat decoration. The best part is the small pool Great location with shops nearby. Betty was very nice and responsive during our various exchanges and the person in charge of the reception as well. We recommend this property without hesitation.
