We had the most wonderful 3 nights at Belinda and Tony's cottage, beautiful, pristine and so very peaceful. The birds chirping early in the morning was the best for my husband. Lovely place and we hope to be back. They have a lovely farm with some very cute sheep and their dog, Perry and the self contained cottage away from the main house was gorgeous too. 'Elmswood' Bed and Breakfast

So happy we didn’t stay in Armidale and found Elmswood Uralla instead. Everything about Elmswood is relaxing . The cottage is cosy without feeling too small. You have all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast items provided were above the norm. The garden was beautiful and the morning mist winding through the garden was lovely. Uralla is a lovely township but when she shows off her autumn colours Uralla glows . Thanks Rob , our Elmswood stay was relaxing , exactly what we were looking for . Would we stay here again , yes we would & you should too

This was perfect for our stay. Located in one of the more beautiful streets of Tamworth, we were very happy with the space, especially the lovely bathroom. The king sized bed was so comfortable, and there was a selection of snacks and breakfast items which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and ready upon arrival. A beautifully decorated home with all necessary items provided. The extras provided for breakfast ; coffee pods, bread, jams, butter, and milk, were a nice touch. The safety measures like a fire blanket, emergency evacuation map and emergency contact numbers were well displayed. Beautiful throw pillows added an extra coziness to the place. Would highly recommend Sarah's place.

The accommodation was amazing. Modern and well appointed. The owners even stocked us up with fresh fruit, a cake and the pantry had more than we could have asked for in essentials. A great place for us to base ourselves when we were visiting family. We will definitely stay again.

We were visiting family in Armidale over Easter and this was an ideal base for catching up with them, grocery shopping, eating out or cooking a meal and just relaxing and having some down time. an excellent property, very close to the venue of my Mothers 90th birthday party. A spacious property with very modern amenities. Bedding was high quality and plenty of towels. The outdoor area was great for the children to play in, pool looked great but not enough time to try. Would recommend for extended families, a very peacefull spot.

As an AirBnB host myself, I was overwhelmed by Fay's generosity and genuine care. Fay really wanted us to feel at home and be comfortable. The 'cabin' was more of a home with really lovely touches added to enhance an already delightful property. A delightful stay with wonderful local recommendations which exceeded expectations. Maria was such a warm welcoming host but also left us to our own devices. We needed a night to crash over a Dog Show weekend and she was the perfect place! Other's at the show chose a pet friendly hotel and they joked it was so bad it was a "hilton". We had a perfect night sleep and our next day both human and pup was so rested he won!! thank you Maria!! xx

Tammy was very responsive when I booked to stay in her home Instructions were clear House was lovely very well presented and clean The pool and spa is literally next door to the home (30m) but unfortunately our time passed to quickly to view or use. I would recommend Tammy’s home to others
