These two independent apartments in a tiny house (upstairs & downstairs) offer you peace, tranquility, serenity, security, parking, Oceanview (upstairs only), ocean breeze, privacy, cleanliness, self cooking or outdoors eating etc. It is 5 minutes drive to Mile 6 beach and 15 minutes to Seme beach. There is a private Ngeme beach 200 meters away. There are several hotels with restaurants with maximum security at a working distance. It is very homey with huge compound and fruits trees.
