Amazing house with amazing views. Great place to come around and enjoy some fresh air

The main attraction of this place is a location of a house - in the forest! So you have incredible surrounding by trees and you have an amazing air! The size of plot is really huge so you have no see neighbouring houses at all! Rose bushes around garden seems to be with a wonderful fragrance because we got only a few flowers and theirs smell was so magnificent! There is a large barbecue area for a large company as well as the house can hold up to 10 sleepers:) Rooms with bunk beds are enough large and comfortable and both of them are en-suite, so one family can easily accommodate in:) We had a great time here and definitely be back!!!

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful! Thank you and looking forward to staying here in the future.

Schönes großes Haus mit genug Platz. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir haben uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit Auto ist alles problemlos in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Stylianos ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Belle villa proche de Larnaca, dans la campagne avec belle vue de la terrasse et du balcon sur les champs. Paisible, bien située mais nécessite une voiture. Logement propre avec tout ce qui est nécessaire : linge, wifi, cuisine bien équipée, clim et la cerise sur le gâteau, une piscine.

We had the most perfect stay at Perry's villa and didn't want to leave when our holiday was over! We also enjoyed making friends with the resident cat who was very friendly. The villa is in a great location for exploring all around Cyprus, the area is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. Perry was brilliant at communicating and always happy to answer our questions. We would 100% recommend a stay here :)

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

I really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place, the house is very big, green nice territory, lovely hosts. Will definitely come back!

Toppenbra boende för vårt sällskap på åtta personer. Rymligt med både privata utrymmen och bra ytor för gemensam tid. Trevlig och serviceinriktad värd som alltid svarade snabbt. Gångavstånd till strand, affärer och restauranger. Extra plus för pool och fin uteplats. Möjligen ett litet minus för att många av lamporna, köksutrustningen med mera krävde adapter för att kunna användas och det saknades adapters i huset - vi behövde alltså köpa väldigt många för att både kunna använda utrustningen + egna behov av laddning med mera. Men det var verkligen ett mindre problem - som helhet ett prisvärt toppenboende i trevliga omgivningar.

Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

A perfect stay with old friends. plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, and gorgeous outdoor cooking space by the pool. Pretty easy drive (and even taxi one night) into Limassol. Hope to return another time.

The villa was gorgeous! Even more spacious than it looks in the photos show. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children and it was more than enough space with a main bathroom and large en suite, plus a huge living area. We loved the outdoor seating spaces and playing in the pool. Alexis was the perfect host, always quick to reply and answer any queries. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath which we needed for the kids so Alexis arranged to have one delivered the next day! We enjoyed the twin arches restaurant, the Buccaneer pub and visiting Kourion beach.

Andrew ist super in der Kommunikation und war für Nachfragen stets erreichbar! Das Haus ist gut gelegen, ist großzügig vom Platzangebot her, schöne Bäder! Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirken. Man hat relativ früh am Tag schon etwas Schatten über dem Pool, was eine positive Ausnahme für Zypern ist! Für Kinder super! Die Außendusche haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Von der Unterkunft ist man in wenigen Minuten sowohl am Strand als auch im "Zentrum" von Pissouri Bay, wo es ungefähr ein Dutzend Restaurants gibt. Nach Pissouri Village sind es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, dort gibt es noch mehr (und etwas bessere) sowie einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Im Haus hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ein wunderbares Haus mit toller Küche, Schwimmbad, 3 Schlafzimmern und viel Platz. Die Lage im Ortszentrum hat uns gut gefallen und der Kontakt zu Ephraim war perfekt. Er war bei Fragen immer sofort verfügbar, worüber wir uns nur bedanken können. Und das wichtigste, wir empfehlen es weiter und würden wiederkommen!

A beautiful villa, equipped with all the equipment (and kitchens amenities) that guests need on vacation, in a beautiful location facing the view and cliffs of Pissouri. Ladi recommendations and directions were spot on.
