Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und großzügige Räume. Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut- von den Handtüchern bis zu den Wäscheklammern, von Sonnenschirm über Waschmittel bis zu Duschgel- alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Strand ca 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, schöne Strandbar vorhanden. Hilfreicher Gastgeber, Auto empfehlenswert, sehr netter, zyprischer Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 3 km weit weg Ausgezeichnete Fischtaverne ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Mooie accomodatie in een mooie omgeving. Leuke natuur wandelpad op loopafstand. Alles was erg netjes.

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ein wunderbares Haus mit toller Küche, Schwimmbad, 3 Schlafzimmern und viel Platz. Die Lage im Ortszentrum hat uns gut gefallen und der Kontakt zu Ephraim war perfekt. Er war bei Fragen immer sofort verfügbar, worüber wir uns nur bedanken können. Und das wichtigste, wir empfehlen es weiter und würden wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It’s in a great location, the hosts were lovely, and the layout worked really well for our large family (it would be great for a group of friends, too). One of the beds wasn’t quite as comfortable as the others, and a few furniture pieces could use a little refresh, but overall we had a great experience. We gave it 5 stars and would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area!

We loved our stay! I’d definitely book this lovely cabin if you’re staying in Cyprus! We were surprised with how many amenities were provided, from card games to appliances, everything was great. You do require a car, and i’d recommend something like a small SUV or bigger. We had a small hatchback, which wasn’t too ideal for the dirt path leading up to the house, but still manageable. Finding the road entrance was quite tricky when we first arrived. The entrance doesn’t show on regular maps, only on a satellite view. There are green signs from there directing you. The cabin is located really nicely between everything, 1h1/2 from Paphos, same for Ayia Napa, and you are right nearby the mountains for some unreal views. The private pool is a great facility, completely private, and a good way to soak in the sun. Despite being hidden away and private, shops, petrol stations etc are just down the road. Thank you Nearchos!!!

It’s a beautiful apartment with the best facilities. The pool, the gym and everything around it was perfect. You can have a very nice breakfast for 12 years per person. Kids are free. It’s close to restaurants and bars.

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful little house, with everything you need and very comfortable. I stayed for the weekend and found it close to trails, waterfalls and the Troodos is not far either. Andreas was very helpful and put in a lot of effort.

We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Organising and checking in with Stephen was very easy, and during our stay he resolved every little issue immediately. The house is exactly as described, an excellent experience!

I have stayed in many places with AirBnB, and this one has the best hosts I have ever encountered. Although I did not have a pleasure of meeting them in person, their hospitality, kindness, courtesy, proactive and responsive communication were above par. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place itself is great - in a perfect location in the small complex close to the beautiful beach, lots of parking space, quiet, and has everything you need for your stay. The apartment has lots of outside space to enjoy and relax, and even has bicycles should you feel like being more active. I highly recommend Nicolas's apartment to everyone travelling to Cyprus.
