Very good house, with all the comforts and if you want to disconnect it is the place. The large pool but does not have a lower part, the lowest 1.70 mt.lo that can be a problem for those who do not know how to swim, but it is fixable. Recommended.

Excellent host and the house well equipped and faithful to the description; the place is very quiet and ideal to spend a few days resting and disconnecting. Spotless and clean-smelling bedding, which is always appreciated. Our pet really enjoyed it and we enjoyed it even more! We will for sure be going back!

Excellent stay at the house of Matias and Carolina. The 2 were very concerned at all times with maintaining communication and clear and timely instructions. the house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we find everything impeccable. very nice place to rest, I went with my children of 3 months and 3 years and it is definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

Everything super good with the cabin, It's just like it looks in the photos. Carolina gave us very clear instructions about all the things in the cabin, directions to get there and to receive us. But if you have to keep in mind that all the pieces are open, therefore acoustic isolation there is not much privacy between pieces.

Everything was excellent, and Sofía was very attentive to everything.

The environment was beautiful, the entrance to the beach is from inside the condominium, two blocks from the apartment, you could walk down and by car. The house was very well equipped, perfect and comfortable for 11 people. I was safe to be with children. The calefont worked well. A perfect place to disconnect.

It is very spacious and beautiful. I loved the audio equipment and the living room. With so much space I was able to telework with peace of mind and then relax on the terrace. For lunch then you cross the street and if you want to buy the ingredients there is everything in the kitchen to prepare it yourself. Everything very convenient, I will definitely come back here.

Julia was a great host, even leaving regalos to us who delighted us. The apartment is beautiful. The view is wonderful!!! Valeu every cent! I highly recommend the stay.

Amelia saved us from a last minute cancellation by our previous hosts which stranded our family without a place to stay. She was able to confirm with us and be there within 30 minutes which is amazing. Our twin girls LOVED the bed/lounge/couch area with large TV. There were 3 separate sleeping areas big enough for our family of 4 adults, 2 kids - while also giving us some privacy from each other. The loft style home is beautiful and the girls couldn't have been happier here for their birthday. Thanks again.

Everything you need for a great stay in Viña del Mar, great location

Very beautiful everything, the view, the comfort the apartment offers, very clean. Very nice pass with my family. Excellent service and how attentive Don Ricardo is.

The apartment is big and fits 7 people very well, everything was in place for our arrival and communication was excellent. We had a problem with the internet when we arrived and the host was keen to fix it and it got fixed within 10 minutes we were there. Absolutely recommend it if you’re spending some days in Viña!

a spectacular house with good host service 100% I recommend it

We so enjoyed Valparaiso. This house is in the perfect location and is very peaceful. Cristhian was a wonderful host. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us around the house. The villa is a family home. It is filled with pictures and history of the family. We enjoyed learning about the house and the history from Cristhian. It easily slept 4 couples in four spacious bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is off of one of the other bedrooms and would be best suited for children. There is a house manger who lives on site. We appreciated this, because the house is over 100 years old. It was comforting to know that if something was needed the house manager would be available to help.

Phenomenal stay!! The cabin is splendid and you can breathe a family atmosphere and tranquility. The bedrooms are beautiful, with very comfortable beds and very spacious spaces. The kitchen has everything you need, there was not something that was needed and also has a very pleasant dining room for all meals. Excellent BBQ Area. The pool is exquisite The house has very nice common areas where you can walk and breathe pure air. Totally recommended, useful for unplugging and finding fun.

The entire stay was fantastic. The villa matched the photographs perfectly. Our favourite part was the garden and pool, we had BBQs every evening watching the waves and the sunset. José the host was extremely responsive and helpful. They messaged us for everything we needed and made sure we felt right at home. There are local shops nearby for water, alcohol and snacks plus great empanada restaurants on the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were all clean. We wish every stay could be as great as this.

Excellent and beautiful place full of greenery to stay. Nicolas and Rocío are a loving person, very friendly and friendly when they welcomed us. It was a pleasant stay.
