There's really only one thing you need to know about Johnrey's unit - it's at 38 Park Ave. Every other condo development in Cebu (and I've stayed at many of them), no matter how cute the decorations may look in the pix here, is a 3rd world wreck. Before this, I lived next door at Avida Riala, and one of the two elevators was broken for months. This property has 8 elevators. Most places have noisy window aircons, not the modern, silent split units like here. To say nothing of the location - it's steps from Ayala Central Bloc and IT Park. And they actually spray for bugs here. The unit itself is spacious and will meet all your needs - most of the units in 38 are studios, but here you get 2 rooms. And the bathroom is western sized. Unfortunately I had a once-in-a-lifetime crisis and had to leave the unit in a bit of a state, but the owner worked with me on that.

Had a comfortable stay. The place was clean, and the host was very responsive to my queries. Basic utensils and linens were provided, though they could use a slight upgrade. Overall, a pleasant experience!

I had a great stay at this condo.. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I especially loved how cozy the sofa and bed were so comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is convenient and peaceful. There was a minor issue with the Netflix account, but Gloria was very responsive and fixed it right away. Would recommend this unit

Host is really responsive and gives cleared instruction, also it's a plus it's near to the airport which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay here. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and warm water. The location is also good, close to the IT Park and Ayala malls where you can find many restaurants and nice places to relax. I have no complaints. The host was very responsive to my questions. It’s really worth staying here.

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Overall, it was a great place. Good working air conditioner. It would be great if the bathroom had a bidet though.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.

I booked this place for our 2 day work in Mactan because of the location, price, and the look in the photos . According to our staff who stayed, the place is clean, comfortable, and easy to find. This is a great choice! The host is very accommodating too!
