Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in L'Île-d'Orléans Regional County Municipality

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Awesome place, and location

At home in the village is a very nice place to spend time with family and friends either to get away or to spend time together and do activities in Buckland. The surrounding world is very respectful of visitors. The Charles Restaurant has delicious fries and chicken. The space has EVERYTHING to make you feel good and comfortable. Thanks to Richard for this unique experience.

Thank you to our caring hosts! 🫶 Despite the bad weather, we took full advantage of the view of the sumptuous river. The house offers us warmth and comfort, nothing is missing here. In addition, the cleanliness is impeccable. Coup de ❤️ We want to come back over and over again ☺️

Great responsive host

We had a nice stay…. The place was quiet (a lot quieter than a hotel!!!). We had everything we needed. Instructions were easy to follow. It will be in my favorites from now on ☺️

Superb location, within walking distance of Chateau Frontenac, Vieux Québec, restaurants and patisseries. We will definitely be returning in the future. Frédéric was an outstanding host, immediately responding to any messages sent to him. Merci, Frédéric!

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and confortable. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It was close to the old city. The communication and instructions were great!

Nice place near old city and Down Town, with spacious rooms.

Great location and great place to stay with a young kids. The unit was very clean except the couch needs a deep wash as it had large multiple stains and also the highchair was very dirty which i ended up cleaning and placing it in the deep wash cycle. The unit looks like the picture and description was pretty accurate. Otherwise it was a a great place and host was very good at communicating. The unit is spacious and great to have an elevator large enough even though a little tight my double stroller and a couple of us could fit in. The offsite parking was fantastic and very close by. I look forward to coming and staying here again.

Our group of 4 (two couples) were so appreciative of the wonderfully decorated and equipped space Marc and Pierre-Marc had waiting for us. The location was great, walking distance to Old Québec, and conveniently near a grocery store, a gourmet store, various coffee shops and restaurants. (La Boîte à pain makes a delightful lemon meringue pie!) The (included!) parking was near enough that even with rain, it didn't feel inconvenient. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine - it went very well with the cheese and paté we brought home from Le Grand Marché! Thank you for making our first visit to Québec City so comfortable!

Awesome place to stay!

This immaculate apartment was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable (nice linens, comfortable bed, fantastic private balcony, nice kitchen, good shower) and a great location for exploring St Roch and for walking to the old part of the city. Good restaurants and bakeries are plentiful within a block or two. The building entrance faces a very busy street but the apartment itself is tranquil with a great view and very little street noise. We would gladly return and hope to do so before long.
