Fantastic place in a beautiful setting. Monica is the housekeeper and she is fantastic. A/C worked great and they had back up solar so no issues with electricity. I highly recommend this home. You do likely need transportation as it’s a bit outside the main city but highly worth it!

Ines’ place was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It was easy to find and looked just like in the photos. It’s in a quiet, easily accessible neighbourhood and is very enjoyable to stroll in. The jacarandas trees were in full bloom and it made the place quite pretty. Worth every penny I paid.

This was my seventh trip to Africa in six different countries and I never expected to stay in such a wonderful home with every modern convenience, lighting, cleanliness, and security. Just hope I get the opportunity for another stay here in the future

Safe and Smart; all to yourself

Travelling from Canada, this rental met all necessities we had with a toddler in tow. We felt safe and enjoyed the property. Frank responded well to our many inquiries and gave great suggestions for our requests. The A/C , hot water, and backup power were wonderful when needed. We absolutely will stay again.

Temwani was super helpful and proactive and her place was absolutely stunning. the bed was unbelievably comfortable I overslept once or twice😅. The shower pressure was heavenly and the entire apartment was squeaky clean. Definitely value for money and an ideal place if you wish to live in peace and away from the city buzz. It's ideal for those who have things to do in the city center or Kanengo otherwise it's abit of a (manageable) drive to go elsewhere. Would highly recommend and would stay there again :)

Had a fantastic day at Kinosi’s house. to be honest I wanted to stay longer, and was sorry that I needed to leave. As other reviews have said, the place is extremely peaceful. The garden area is super nice and green. it was hot during my stay in Malawi so I was only able to stay in the garden in the morning in the evening, other times of the year would probably be accessible all day. Having stayed and lived in other areas of Lilongwe, kinosi‘s house is certainly very peaceful. The house is on a loop road coming off a through road, meaning there is no through traffic. The windows are well screened and I had them open all the time. There was one small fan in the bedroom which I moved during the day to the living area to keep the air flowing when there was no external breeze. Certainly no need for air-conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is probably the most modern one I’ve ever seen in Malawi.

Elizabeth was such a great host! Very kind, she really makes you feel like you're at home. She gave me a bunch of recommendations and helped me whenever I needed. The house is right across a restaurant which is super convenient for those days you don't want to cook. I highly recommend Elizabeth's house!

Mushane is such a great host. The suites are perfect, they have everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is great, close to shopping centers. Such an amazing stay with a lovely host, my boyfriend and I will always stay here when we are in Lilongwe.

Awesome to stay here again. It is our 'go to' spot in Lilongwe and Peter is a wonderful host. Thanks to all the staff and especially Mr Phiri for getting up to cook us an early breakfast on our day of departure. This place is quiet, clean, safe and friendly - I always sleep well here :-)

We usually stay at hotels in Lilongwe. We decided to stay with NSG homes/Host Sarah on this visit. We highly recommend the property for various reasons, including comfort level, amenities, proximity to city center and restaurants, cost, host communication and sharing of information, and host responsiveness to any issues. The staff, especially Marissa, were wonderful as well. we highly recommend this home away from home when you are in Lilongwe.
