A nice place to spend time with family or friends, the guardian is very attentive to any need that arises. The location for a summer vacation is perfect and the sale of food and supplies is not that far away. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, and the pool is in good condition. The room is fun to play and/or watch television.

A cozy place, sleeping with the sound of the sea in the background gives it a bonus. Having A/C is great and made the stay super comfortable.

We loved everything! It's not across the street from the beach, you have to walk a lot and the upstairs room is not like the photos. But everything else was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable and spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. Plus the cleaning girl's help was spectacular, totally recommended.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

I am very grateful for the flexible schedules, immediate responses, and support on issues that require it. Something super valuable was that we had a slight accident on the beach with a construction rod and we were surprised that there was a first aid kit in the house. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻🫶🏻 That was great! Very nice, quiet, cozy and private. Easy access and well-equipped.

The house in Likin is very cozy, large spaces. Pool was clean and nicely maintained We use the parking for 3 spaces. The place is very suitable and great, it's the bar with its own refrigerator and air conditioning. The location of the house was very good. It's worth going to Transversal 8 to take a bath with fresh sea water when the tide is coming in. We used this house for 7 days during Holy Week and the reason we chose it was that it accepted pets. We loved the place.
