We had a lovely stay. It’s a very cozy house, nice kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. Perfect for a little quiet getaway!

We stayed 8 nights in the outbuilding of the beautiful Xhierfomont castle. It is a beautiful property, nicely renovated respecting the original details. It was spacious and cozy. The welcome was warm with a lot of information about the area. Everything is available for a great stay. It's lovely and quiet, and there's everything to do in the area. The last few days it was a bit colder and we could use the wood stove. Very comfortable. However, the bed is quite disappointing, both in terms of comfort and appearance compared to the rest of the stay. Here, a relatively small investment can make a great contribution to the overall experience. In addition, we recommend providing the windows with screens to keep the mosquitos out. Furthermore, we enjoyed the property, the surrounding area and the always cheerful Laika, the dog who never barks, and even melts the heart of a non dog lover.

A great place to stay in the middle of the historic old town. No parking problems as there is your own private parking space. Super nice reception with a small Christmas tree and a cold bottle of Belgian beer in the fridge. Very well appointed and quiet. We will be happy to come back!

The house met all our expectations, spacious, clean and quiet, with a large balcony where you can greet the rising sun and a garden to sit if necessary. The hamlet of Ny is a real gem, beautifully located and very quiet. Although it would have been nice if there had been 1 cafe, but we did not miss it very much either. Catherine was a very kind and helpful hostess, who decorated the apartment with a lot of taste in a balanced way and keeps everything tip top in order. She gave us a few good tips for hiking and places to eat in the beginning. A few minutes drive away is the place Hotton, from where a beautiful road along the Ourthe to La Roche meandert. In the immediate vicinity and in various places along the Ourthe you can enjoy hiking.

Charming hosts, attentive and good advice, comfortable room, very beautiful garden and royal breakfast with good products. We had a great weekend at Dominique and Benoît's!

Recommended! Very nice stay, everything you need. You're even short of eyes. Beautiful domain, unfortunately just a little too cold for swimming. We will most definitely come back! Super friendly host and hostess! The dogs are also great.

Awesome setting. Surprising even for those who already know this city. We all really enjoyed it.

Our stay was great! The short communication on arrival was difficult due to the language barrier but we felt very welcome. Just need to look for the lockbox behind the door. The cottage is small but equipped with every comfort. Nice neat bathroom, good bed, equipped kitchen. Media was also top, everything present, Netflix, Disney Channel,... The weather was also good so you can have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Jacuzzi large and cared for in a neat garden. Small downside, because the space is so small, is missing a full dining table with chairs. This is resolved by a folding table with stools. Cottage du Lac is recommended if you want to explore Spa and surroundings!!

We had a really nice Easter weekend. Woods are very close by for a nice walk. Really nice house, great bathroom & kitchen, lovely fire place. It’s 500m away from the high way, but it’s very quiet and you’re surrounded by nature with a stunning garden and view. Also a lot of privacy 😉

We had a wonderful mini vacation with the family in Maastricht, and we were very happy to relax in the garden after a day in the city. We received a warm welcome at a top-notch family house.

This property was really delightful. Quite new, neatly finished and equipped with every comfort, such as a complete kitchen, luxurious bathroom and in our case a bath in the bedroom. Nice side effect on beautiful days is wonderfully long sun on your own terrace. Nearby you can do various walks, Lontzen/Eupen/Monschau/Aachen are a short distance away by car and are nice to visit.

Wonderful accommodation with animal friends and a well thought-out ambience to feel good and switch off in nature. Great kitchen for extensive cooking evenings, socializing and a nice break from everyday life. Anne was very accommodating and always present in the chat, so we felt well looked after at all times ☺️ We can only recommend Anne as a host, as well as the accommodation!

We had a nice stay at this accommodation during the 6 hours of Spa, the accommodation is really well located in relation to the circuit. Convenient and functional however price a little too high for service and cleanliness. We also discovered the presence of a tourist tax the day before our departure (in addition to the price of the stay).

Great stay! Everything was perfect. The place was spotless, clean, modern, true to the photos. We were able to find all the comfort and equipment necessary for our 20-month-old daughter. Very pleasant stay for 2 people. Everything you may need is present, even more than that. Sparkling clean and plenty of privacy in a nice and luxurious space with private access. Victoire is really friendly and helpful.

Great place to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The accommodation is large, clean, quiet and very well decorated and furnished. Lisette and Philippe are attentive and will offer you a warm welcome without forgetting to recommend restaurants, activities to do in the area. I would recommend and would definitely stay again.
