Excellent value for money. A very good apartment, good location, extremely clean, equipped with everything we could possibly need. I would definitely come back in the future. Its wonderful view of the volcano for every awakening. Its location allows you to walk to the center, which is quite comfortable. Close to everything.

the stay was very pleasant, the apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. It is a spacious apartment and the heating is spectacular, we were never cold. The surroundings are very nice and we had a very good rest.

The apartment is excellent, very comfortable. We were greeted by Maria, who was very friendly and nice. They waited for us with the heating on since we arrived very late in Pucón, the room and the bed were very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you Olga and Maria!

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything we needed. Cesar met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. We had a flexible check in time and check out time which made life easier. There was a washing machine and drier in another building which needed tokens. If you have a Chilean bank account you can do a bank transfer to purchase the tokens but it’s more difficult if you don’t. However, Cesar very kindly bought the tokens for us and we gave him the cash. Thank you Cesar! And to Alejandro for the use of your wonderful apartment!

Very well-equipped apartment in perfect condition, matches what is offered, about the environment, I would say that it is very quiet, bordered and inserted in nature, finally I would point out that it has excellent accessibility and connectivity to the urban center and to Pucon's equipment areas.

Excellent host always attentive to everything, the cabin is conveniently located with the possibility of accessing a beautiful beach. Excellent heating, it had two air conditioners plus a fireplace and a bag of firewood as a gift. Super recommended place

It's as it appears in the pictures, I would definitely go back. It has an unparalleled view and is very close to the city and supermarkets. A cabin that has everything you need to make your vacation a very good stay.

An excellent place to vacation in Pucon. Private, safe and super close to downtown Pucon. Good equipment to be comfortable during your stay. Good connection to the main attractions. Jorge and Marcia are very helpful with any request.

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

We were very happy with the place, everything was impeccable and it was clear that they take great care of the space. We didn't hear any annoying noise from any other apartment and the location is great for going out to the lake in the mornings. In addition, the place is not only clean and tidy, it is also very nice, they have taken great care of the details.

Very good apartment, very comfortable and above all safe, the area has a lot of connectivity and a scooter stop nearby (good transportation option) comfortable and above all the sound of the river to be able to relax, very good.

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Pucon - Rosalba's place was cosy, clean and well-equipped! It's about 30 min walk from the centre of town, but that means it's very peaceful too, and was no issue at all for exploring. Would stay here again if visiting Pucon!
