Vacation rentals with lake access in Libourne

Wat hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Mauriac. We zijn ontzettend vriendelijke geholpen en bij vragen werd er altijd snel gereageerd. De plek is geweldig voor mensen die van rust en ruimte houden. Onze hond kon veilig in de rondom afgezette tuin rondlopen. Het huis was werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoge kwaliteit afwerking van alle spullen. Supermarkten en bakkerijen op ongeveer 15 minuten afstand zijn prima te doen. We kunnen iedereen aanraden hierheen te gaan!

Nous avons passé week-end avec des amis dans cette petite maison très agréable. Anne-Marie est pro-active et fait tout pour que votre séhour se passe pour le mieux. Litterie très agréable, environnement calme. La cuisine est très bien équipé, vous n'avez qu'à faire les courses et vous installer. N'hésitez pas, nous reviendrons à l'occasion. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Tout le monde est content du logement. Catherine a été réactive et à l'écoute. Très bien accueilli, avec des cadeaux d'accueil. On pense y retourner en été pour mieux profiter de l'extérieur. Peut-être que d'ici là, il y aura une piscine (rire). Merci beaucoup Catherine.

Deuxième fois que je viens chez Dany et nous sommes toujours aussi bien accueillis. La maison est située dans un endroit très calme avec une vue superbe. Merci.

It’s our second stay at Stephanie place. Hopefully won’t be the last. We love it there and see the horses so close by. We already thinking of be longer next time, because the surrounding areas are beautiful and so peaceful.

Elisabeth is a wonderful host and made our stay very special. The gite is lovely and cozy and placed in a private location surrounded by rural landscape and beautiful bastide towns

Super week-end entre amies chez Caroline et Daniel ! La maison est fonctionnelle et l'extérieur est vraiment tres agréable ! Ils ont été tres réactif et flexible sur les horaires c'est un vrai plus ! Au plaisir de revenir par chez vous !

lieux facile de accès et indiquer sur waze. la péniche est à quai aucun remou à déplorer. tout a été parfait. Gaspard a su nous indiquer des itinéraires sympathique et facile à trouver. d'excellent restaurant sont à proximité.

Que dire si ce n’est que le logement est parfait.. Le choix du confort et de la déco se font rare dans les Rbnb donc chapeau ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Hôte sympathique je recommande !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Yannick et Catherine, l’endroit correspond parfaitement à la description et on se sent comme à la maison. Nul doute que j’y retournerai.

Tout c'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien, facile d'accès a pied depuis la gare de Libourne et Perrine est très sympathique et réactive et disponible ! Bref je recommande :)

We lived the place and Berenice! She was so kind and helpful. The location was great! We explored and relaxed in her beautiful place. The market is conveniently two doors down too. Such a wonderful place, we’d definitely stay there again.

L’appartement est très agréable, joliment décoré et bien entretenu. Thibault, souriant, nous a bien accueilli. Une bonne desserte des transports en commun. C’est une très bonne expérience et nous la renouvellerons si l’occasion se présente à nouveau. Merci Thibault pour vos attentions!

La propriété de Janine nous convenait tout à fait. Promenades depuis la propriété, supermarché (très bon) à proximité, pâtissier primé pas trop loin….. Bourg est un endroit magnifique et intéressant et certains des vins de la Côte de Bourg sont exceptionnels. Bien placé pour Blaye - la citadelle, la corniche, le ferry pour traverser la Gironde. La maison est chaleureuse et confortable, mais l'électricité a besoin d'un peu de mise à jour, ce qui, selon nous, se produira dans un avenir proche. Le jardin était parfait pour les chiens et il y a de belles vues depuis le patio qui, par temps chaud, auraient sans doute été contemplées à loisir ! Janine est sympathique et répond rapidement. Nous retournons rarement dans les propriétés mais cela pourrait être une exception ! Un grand merci Janine et - peut-être - à bientôt.

Almost don’t want to say how lovely, as will make it more competitive to book to go back! In a word - glorious! - The gite, gardens and grounds and pool are kept beautifully. Gite was spotless and very well equipped (including lots of goodies on arrival, garden games to use there - kids were very happy - charcoal ready for the bbq etc), huge comfortable beds, and wood fired hot tub to sit and look at the stars. - Stunning surrounding views (endless fields of sunflowers) and lovely shady woods to be walk. - Lots of pretty villages - particularly Aubeterre with its central square and river beach worth the short drive (under 20 mins). We also loved the big river beach at St Aulaye (c.40 mins). - Meg and Mark are kind, fun and knowledgeable hosts who were perfect balance of around and incredibly helpful - but very much left us to just relax and enjoy the gite/pool as our own. - Shopping v easy at local supermarkets, various markets and nearby village shop/butchers. Thank you!!

Great for a short stay in a beautiful part of France! The host instructions re. local amenities and activities are super helpful given the relatively remote location.

This is a special place for those seeking peaceful surroundings, in an idyllic hamlet stepped in history. There is a brilliant swimming lake nearby, perfect for exercise and cooling down in and local woodland walks too. You can also just sit and read in the ample outside space and listen to the sounds of nature. Just let the stresses of life roll by! Furthermore the host and gardener live close by and both are warm and friendly.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung, wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen. Auf der Terrasse kann man abend gemütlich sitzen, vorn am Fluss gibt es auch einen schönen Sitzbereich, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Gästebett, dieses ist eher für Kinder geeignet, mit dem Gewicht eines Erwachsenen hängt es zu sehr durch und ist nicht so bequem. Da wir es aber eh als Bett für die Kinder planten, war es für uns ausreichend. Eric und seine Frau waren sehr nett und herzlich. Die Umgebung bietet die Möglichkeit vieler Weinverkostungen, nach Bordeaux ist es nicht weit und auch in der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu erkunden.

We spent a lovely relaxing week in this beautiful part of the world as the start to our holiday with our 3 daughters aged 16, 14 and 10. Great cottage and pool, fantastic and attentive hosts (David and Carol) and easy proximity to Duras / night markets / supermarkets etc. Our daughters loved Bella the Goose who kept them entertained! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à l’occasion de cousinades dans ce gîte très agréable, parfaitement adapté pour un groupe de 15 personnes. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, très confortable, et idéalement située dans un cadre paisible au bord de la rivière. La cheminée, avec les bûches fournies, a ajouté une belle ambiance à nos soirées. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, ce qui a rendu les repas en groupe très simples à organiser. Yohann, notre hôte, a été remarquable : attentionné, disponible et toujours soucieux de répondre à nos envies. Il nous a conseillé une agreable randonnée se terminant par des tapas dans une cave à proximité de la maison. Merci à Yohann pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce gîte les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
