Vacation rentals in Lian

Our group of 10 people had so much in Edena’s home at Punta Fuego. Everything that you need is in the home. Highlights for us is the pool area - it is in a shaded portion of the home and the water is refreshingly cool, the view on the second floor is also beautiful, and the beach! The beach is wonderful, not too crowded when we visit, no big waves, very clean and the water is super warm. We will definitely go back! The wonderful scenery at the Peak is a well appreciated bonus! Thanks Edena and team for this wonderful experience.

The place is very clean and homey, plus we felt relaxed after the long and hot summer drive when we arrived at the unit. Prior check-in, Tes has been a wonderful host, updating us with tips for our stay and reminders on what to prepare. The complete kitchen amenities helped us cook and reheat our own food during our entire stay. Also, there are toys available for my 2-y.o nephew :) I look forward to book with Tes again when we plan our Pico de Loro trip in the future. :)

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures , AC was working well and quiet, internet also available, the apartment is next to the road therefore a little bit noisy but not too bad overall. The hosts were extremely kind and polite. I definitely recommend this place!

Host was very responsive and considerate of my request. Unit is very clean, cozy and toddler friendly which is very important to keep toddler busy during the stay. Care taker kuya Nhedz is polite and welcoming too.. Thanks you, we will come back again

Our stay at the Casita was truly pleasant and memorable. The place feels incredibly homey and cozy—bath towels and bed sheets were fresh and clean, which added a nice touch of comfort. The beachfront location is amazing and peaceful, with a breathtaking panoramic view from the pool, which was absolutely perfect for relaxing. One feature we really appreciated is that all the bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms—very convenient and thoughtful. The caretakers, Ka Vangie and Ka Mikel, were reliable and considerate throughout our stay. At times, their presence felt a bit too frequent and slightly affected our sense of privacy, but their kindness and helpfulness more than made up for it. A few things could be improved: one of the upstairs air conditioning units wasn’t working properly, the coffeemaker could use an upgrade, and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling efficiently. These didn’t drastically affect our experience but are worth noting for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time

My family and I had a wonderful time at Maria's place! Maria and JV were both very accommodating and welcoming from check-in to check-out! Maria was consistently responsive during our stay, which really made us feel taken care of. We brought our own food since we were informed that the place is a bit far from town, but we're so glad we also took the chance to try the food, prepared by JV, from their in-house restaurant! So good! The Airbnb itself was gorgeous, clean, and decorated so thoughtfully that even staying in still felt like we were making the most of our tropical getaway. Personally, the spacious, lovely kitchen was my favorite part haha. The beach was also just a short walk from the place, which was a big plus! During our stay, the shore was covered with seagrass, but it was expected as we arrived just after a storm has passed. There was still so much to enjoy at the beach, especially at dusk with its pinkish skies and serene, low tide. Wished we could've stayed longer!

We appreciate the responsiveness of our host. Entire place was clean and peaceful; perfect for staycation. Slight hiccup would be the jam-packed crowd since we booked during a holiday peak season. Nonetheless, check in process was smooth and easy with the aid of their caretaker. Another concern would be some maintenance issues with the water heater in the shower and the musty odor of the towels. However, we highly appreciate the complimentary water, 3in1 coffee and toiletries. Overall place was amazing especially the view of the Taal from the balcony. Grateful for the restful weekend we’ve had in the place. Apart from the few manageable issues, the place is still highly recommendable 👍🏻

The place is so tidy and spacious. Sobrang helpful ni ate Lala.. She helped us cook and buy foods and utensils that we need. She did above and beyond in customer service. Marerelax ka talaga. And this place is good for family/ barkada outing
