Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Les Pavillons-sous-Bois

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

We really enjoyed our stay at Loic's place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is incredible and there were lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. I would give it 4.5 stars overall. Pros: very friendly and responsive host, amazing location and view, very safe and secure building with an elevator, spacious apartment. Cons: pricey, very firm mattresses, and one bathroom was lacking a trash can. Thank you for a great stay, Loic!

I learnt so much from the books on the shelves and I am so grateful for the selection of books and magazines, I enjoyed reading in the evenings! We are so grateful for your support and tips! We loved Encore, we started every morning with almond croissants you recommended to us. The whole neighbourhood was so lovely, the people were friendly, the shop assistants were always happy to chat and gave us some great advice. We tried wonderful Cheese from the Fromage shop in the street next to us: we loved eating it with Baguette and drinking wine in your living room. Just Perfect! The transport is really well organised, it's incredible how easy it is to get to the centre of Paris. We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, with a lot of personality. A very good location because although it is far from the center it has very good communication by metro and the area is nice and with supermarkets, restaurants and a very large park nearby. It's great to go with kids. Communication with the host is quick, you can see that he is attentive. Recommended for families.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

We had a wonderful stay in Vincent’s place! From check in to check out, he was an excellent host with prompt and thorough communication. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay but I feel confident that if we had a problem, Vincent would have been on top of it right away. The apartment had everything we needed, was thoughtfully decorated and extremely clean. The location was in a lively neighborhood, a short walk to the Canal, Metro station, and so many great restaurants. It was a great home base for our trip, I would certainly book again in the future! Great stay at this property. Check-in/check-out instructions were clear, with photos. Host very responsive to messages. Clean apartment, clean linens and towels. Very popular underground parking space. Quiet building, a few steps from the RER train station, it's perfect.
