Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

We had the most amazing stay at this adorable airbandb would highly recommend - we used it as a base to visit the eiffel tower and lourve (longer journey via bus, train and metro took about 1.5 hours in total I think but did it with my 4 and 10 year old they loved it!). Also visited disneyland paris for 3 days and was perfect. Beautiful french village, perfect for our quieter days out of Disney to relax and soak up the local area! Adorable kids playground around the corner, bar, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, everything we needed on our doorstep. Perfect base for disney too bustop round the corner which we used some days but honestly it was a similar price in a uber so we used taxis sometimes too depending on how busy the bus was. It's around 7 minutes maybe in a car to Disney. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the terrace was super cute and the shower was great. It was also very private and quiet couldn't have asked for more the price thank you so much.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und waren super zufrieden. Ein guter Bäcker ist direkt ums Eck und die Küche hat alles was man für ein Frühstück oder kleines Essen braucht. Ziemlich nah am Disneyland(nicht mal 15Min benötig) kommen gern wieder.

Nice stay, very clean. Great breakfast. The only hiccup being that I was supposed to call for a shuttle when I arrived at the airport and they never picked up the call. I also was not aware of the name of the actual hotel which would have helped tremendously when getting help at the airport.

Tarik is a wonderful host. From the moment I booked, he was extremely responsive from start to finish. He met us at the house upon check in and walked us through everything. He even walked around the neighborhood with us, showing us where to buy food, drinks, local restaurants, and the best boulangeries to pick up our daily baguettes. He also went to the metro with us and helped us figure out how many cards and trips we needed to buy. He made himself available all the time and even offered to drive us to the airport because the taxis were having a protest. The house itself was very clean. All the rooms are described exactly as it is on the listing. Plenty of space for storage. All amenities were included. The gardens in front and back of the house are beautiful, worth sitting outside for a snack or a chat. My family of 9 adults and 1 child felt very comfortable. Checking out, Tarik helped us with all of our luggage and even waved down a taxi for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Amanda ! La maison est très agréable et hyper bien équipée ! Le quartier est très calme et les espaces confortables. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! L’appartement est parfaitement pensé pour la détente, avec une ambiance calme, chaleureuse et tout le confort nécessaire. Le spa/jacuzzi est clairement le point fort du logement : propre, bien entretenu et idéal pour se relaxer après une journée bien remplie. L’intérieur est décoré avec goût, très propre, et tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. Literie confortable, équipements complets, et une belle attention portée aux détails (ambiance lumineuse, miroir, vidéo projecteur,… ) L’hôte a été aux petits soins, très accueillant et disponible. C’est l’endroit parfait pour une escapade en couple ou un week-end bien-être. Je recommande à 100 % et j’espère pouvoir revenir très vite !

Herzlichen Dank, liebe Amela, für deine großartige Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns in deinem Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ideal, um das Disneyland zu besuchen: In wenigen Minuten ist man dort, oder man nimmt den Bus, der direkt um die Ecke hält. Auch ins Zentrum von Paris gelangt man bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Für uns – vier Erwachsene und ein Kind – war sie absolut ausreichend und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders der liebevoll angelegte Garten war ein Highlight und ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort zur Erholung nach aufregenden Tagen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – für Familien, Disneyland-Besucher oder Paris-Entdecker gleichermaßen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Hanifa est très réactive et arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, par contre il ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des nombreuses marches et des escaliers (la maison est sur deux étages, on rentre par le sous-sol). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et impeccables, ce qui est un gros plus. La maison est très bien placée, à cinq minutes à pieds de la gare RER et juste à côté des commerces. C'est très pratique de pouvoir garer deux (petites !) voitures devant la maison, comme le stationnement dans la rue est payant.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
