Conveniently located, a short walk to the beach. Excellent apartment for doing everything on foot. We'll be back for sure. Nelly adorable.

Quiet location, very well-maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cozy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade cookies) we enjoyed these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of a few chickens. We will keep the address carefully if we return to the area because it is 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou which is very nice.

We stayed 1 week in the little house of Bourgenay. The decor and amenities are perfect! We really enjoyed the very nice house! The pool is not too far away and every evening we have the friendly visit of the green-necked ducks to the great pleasure of the children. There are not too far on foot: A bakery, An en primeur A fish shop, etc... I would highly recommend it

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

The plus with private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city center. The port is a little further away at 25 min! Guaranteed "ouaouh" effect qd vs discover the superb view of the beach and the embankment from this very beautiful apartment! Everything is there for a wonderful stay, the apartment is in addition one minute from the shopping streets and the pretty Penotte Island district (and 10 minutes' walk from the train station). You can access it either by a fairly steep staircase, or by a load lift that arrives directly from the apartment, the class! A little extra: a huge ultra comfortable rotating chair... The owner has booked a good welcome and was very accommodating for schedules. Anyway, we'll be back! 🙂
