It was a wonderful stay. The apartment and its location are perfect for experiencing Nice. The communication was fast and leading. We felt very comfortable as a family (2 adults and 2 children).

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

We had a very pleasant stay in this great place. The exterior was also very appreciated for its tranquility, but also for its beauty. Its location allowed us to easily discover and visit the beautiful landscapes of the Verdon (many beautiful villages nearby). For athletes, there are many hiking/trail trails nearby. We thank our hosts who were very welcoming, responsive and caring. We had fun staying at their place and discovering this area. Thanks!

An expansive terrace not overlooked with breathtaking views of the sea and the city, day or night. A beautiful property in a private street, away from the hustle and bustle. A functional and friendly apartment.

I wanted to thank Alena who was a perfect host. We booked this villa for my wife's birthday. Alena left us a message and a small gift for the occasion. The villa is very nice and has a very well maintained garden. She made sure we could enjoy the pool by heating it to 28 degrees. This stay was great. She was proactive about what we might need and always very responsive. Thank you again for this wonderful stay.

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Absolutely wonderful villa! Absolutely perfect for families and children! So close to the beach and in such a peaceful setting! We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Wiktoria was a very friendly hostess and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in Boho style. It had everything you needed. From a capsule machine to washing machine tabs, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only downside was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the complex. And unfortunately, restaurants, shops and the large pool were already closed at the end of September. Thank you for the nice stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time this year. That speaks for itself. The apartment offers everything you need. What's great is the spacious covered balcony and the view you can enjoy from it, the vue panoramique. We were also completely satisfied with this stay, including the communication with Nathalie. Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence that was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. Nothing to say

Cécile's home is carefully decorated and perfect for a couple who love golf. The view and amenities available for this place are absolutely perfect. The host is welcoming and has great tips. Feel free to order the small board to start a vacation that you will remember fondly.

Great stay with girlfriends, home matches photos. Just missing a small welcome kit with sponge, coffee, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper for the first few days.
