Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Leon

Salvador accommodated my families special requests to help us feel more safe and secure. He even let us check in a little early which was very helpful. And he left a few water bottles in the fridge which were delightful to have upon arrival. Salvador did provide extra towels in each bedroom which was nice to have. Body soap was provided in each bathroom which is appreciated. He left salt and sugar for use in the kitchen which was also appreciated. The blankets and beds were comfortable. There’s lots of neighborhood cats and dogs which the kids loved to see. The A/C units were amazing and very luxurious to have at an extra cost.

Our stay was excellent, the house is spacious and very nice, very well cared for, Don Alexis and Doña Blanca are aware of what they can help you and make you feel welcome, I liked that they show you the whole house and they give you what you can find in the kitchen to help you in your stay. That it was in front of the beach was very important for us as we were going with an older adult who can't walk much and was able to enjoy it. The rooms are comfortable and offer privacy.

My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were looking to relax, and we were not disappointed. The beach is super nice and in front of the house, there were natural pools by the rocks, the house is super well furnished and the caretaker is super attentive. My children and I loved it. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return on our vacation.

Great place and location! Hard to locate and AC only in the bedrooms so it was very hot in rest of the house the first night. The mangos falling on the tin roofs sound like gun shots. Hosts were quick to respond. Would stay again.

Casa de Serenidad truly lives up to its name. The place is incredibly beautiful — peaceful, natural, and just a few steps from the ocean. It’s the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to José Luis, the caretaker, who was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. His attention made everything even more enjoyable. Thank you, Rebecca, for sharing such a special place with us. We can’t wait to return someday!

Great location. We only saw a couple of people during our 4 days stay. The house was super clean when we arrived. Kitchen was ready for us to cook, there were spices, oil, pans, pots, etc. Filtered water provided. Both bedrooms have AC. The house (kitchen, dining and living room area) gets very hot during the day. Fans are working fine, but don't really help, so you better spend your day on the beach that is few steps away! The gated area was very safe, we didn't even lock our car. And they have a washing machine! Our clothes dried within 1-2 hours. Be ready for ants and lizards - things that go hand by hand (at least in this area, as it was exactly the same at 2 other houses we stayed at). No mosquitoes though, sea breeze does a great job.

It is a very beautiful house, with everything you need for a good stay, the pool facing the sea is exceptional, and the beach area in front of the house is good to spend a pleasant time with caution, Mario, who is in charge of the house, is a super attentive person, always willing, he supported us a lot during the stay, take advantage of buying fresh fish on the beach in the morning and his recommendation to cook it. Super recommended

Wow. What an incredible location! It was everything it was promised to be and more.. The first thing you hear when you open the front door to enter is the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The wall facing the ocean provides a view of the water, the balcony even moreso.. So peaceful and private. Descend one staircase and your feet are in the sand.. A brief walk on the beach and you are at the local restaurants.. Andre even was able to get us into Miramar Surf camp for dinner, although we had so much fun on his boat that we didn't make it to restaurant haha The boat tour we took with Andre was amazing, we went to the natural pool, had a few beers (Andre brews it himself, Layback, and it was delicious!), he took us to the river, offered fishing, etc. Cristianna connected us with a local baker who made a delicious/beautiful birthday cake for my girlfriend.. Really, it felt like whatever we wanted to do Cristianna and Andre would have found a way to make it happen, 10/10

The place is super nice, fresh and quiet, the breakfast was very rich, the staff is SUPER friendly and doña Cristina is divine! Very understanding and flexible about any situation. I'll definitely be back. 😍

Excellent

Amazing stay! The casita was a short walk from a beautiful and mostly private beach, and situated in a friendly and walkable neighborhood. It was easy to arrive from Leon by bus, and Ray- the neighbor - was a friendly guide during my time at the house- answering questions and offering insights. I was able to walk everywhere, for food and beach, and appreciated the bright stars and quiet at night while laying on the hamaca. Thank you, Eugenio and Ray!

Super nice place I love it

We really enjoyed our stay with Charles & Rosy. The cottage is cute and perfect for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with what you need (microwave, 2 burner hot plate, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, cups, plates, mini fridge, dining table.) and the AC was a welcomed addition especially after a hot day in the city. The bed was comfy and the fan above us kept us nice and cool at night. Lots of storage for your clothes, and the hot water shower was lovely. Rosy was very helpful and considerate, and Charles was extremely kind and responsive. We went for a walk around the grounds and were delighted to see fresh fruits, though not quite ripe for us to pick, but that’s okay. The gate at entry also gave us peace of mind and was very welcomed. Only note: if you’re taking a taxi, drivers have a hard time finding the place but if you wait for them outside of the compound it’s fine. 20/10. Highly recommend their place. Thank you for having us!

Quiet area, comfortable facilities and excellent attention

Everyone was very kind, I got a little lost on arrival but from there everything was fine, I had a great time and it was quiet. They made me feel at home, I will definitely always recommend it
