Watch out for more hot tubs from January 2024! The house is located in the heart of the pine forest of the Marina de Talaris, one of the most beautiful areas of the lake, located between Lacanau-ville (3km) and Lacanau-Océan (10km). The neighborhood offers private access to the lake with small marina, beach and many trails... The sunsets are breathtaking! You will also find within the neighborhood a leisure area with: - Tennis courts, beach volleyball, pétanque (+ all necessary equipment); - A great bar-restaurant and its pleasant shaded terrace where concerts and activities are organized in the summer; - Heated and shared outdoor pool with residents/vacationers in the neighborhood; - Multi games room (billiards, foosball, pinball machines...). - Yoga class, Pilates, Tennis, Notation Access to all these amenities is included in the rental! The neighborhood is supervised by a caretaker day and night and the speed of cars is reduced for the well-being and safety of all. For lovers of bikes and walks, many bike paths from the Marina will take you according to your desires, to the lake, to the port of Lacanau, in the forest, in town, to the beaches of Lacanau-ocean or for the most intrepid to Bordeaux. The house is a 100m² step house. It consists of 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. BRAND NEW AUTUMN 2024 BEDDING. Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed 140x190 with sink and independent entrance to the house overlooking the terrace. Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed 160x200 with large dressing room. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed of 2 single beds + 1 double bed 160x200 Bedroom 4: 140x190 double bed with sink + independent shower. All open plan living room with super equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge+freezer, filter coffee machine, nespresso machine, blender, toaster and many other appliances), dining room and living room. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A second separate toilet and a second independent shower attached to one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi, washing machine, Smart TV (no ADSL but access to YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. if you have an account). Possibility to have a crib, chair and portable bathtub on request. The house is surrounded by a garden and consists of a large 70m2 covered wooden terrace facing south. You will find an outdoor kitchen with plancha, sink, barbecue and private skate ramp! Cozy villa on large enclosed grounds, not overlooked, heated pool in summer and secure in a quiet area, on the edge of a pine forest. Lake (Moutchic beach) and ocean by bike. Plancha, deckchairs, 2 canoes 2/3 seats, 2 paddles, ping pong table, petanque court. All amenities nearby. Numerous possible activities (skateboarding, kite surfing, golf, inflatable games on the lake, horses, surfing, sailing, paddle boarding...). Everything is included (linens, towels), all you have to do is put your bags down!
