The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.

The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Wooden windows and beams in the ceiling make the house cozy and with several cozy corners and views of the water, it is the perfect place to relax.
