Overall a really perfect stay. The house was exactly as presented and hoped. Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and... Sabrina also left the pool "open" so that we could take ice baths before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. Here I was extremely petty. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but maybe you should know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy but of course you notice that people usually live in it. And that didn't bother us, but it's not a five-star hotel. As mentioned - I was now very petty, so I don't give out five stars everywhere! 😅 But overall highly recommended for six people!

I immediately felt comfortable in Thomas and Anja's beautiful apartment! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning supplies/ vacuum cleaners were also available if you want to clean in between. Enough cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a large closet!) The location is quiet but super practical: in 5 minutes' walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

The apartment is really very nice. Modernly furnished and equipped with everything. The bed in the bedroom is a bit small but you can switch to the sofa bed in the living room, which is very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

I stayed here for almost a month to help my boyfriend settle in at Paderborn University for the spring/summer semester. The listing is in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. It’s a small studio with great use of space— it truly felt like a home away from home. The sofa bed is as comfortable as any sofa bed might be; however, after all the walking and exploring around town, I didn’t mind at all. Arnold is incredibly kind and thoughtful—he checked in on me a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is great, about a 15-minute walk to the city center, with excellent public transportation options throughout the town. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Paderborn!

Pretty, modern apartment in the inner city ring. Parking in the immediate vicinity, countless restaurants and a popular pub across the street, which is why it can get a bit noisy at night, but then you should just mix with the both young and older guests;)

The place is 100% worth recommending. My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us apartment, gave us the most important information and remained at our disposal if needed. The apartment is very well equipped and beautiful. You can feel at home there and you certainly don't want to leave this place. The jacuzzi is a dream come true for those expecting relaxation. We would like to thank the hosts for creating this wonderful place and putting their heart into every detail that you can feel from crossing the threshold of the apartment. Very nice place, with terrace (this is still without furniture) and high quality equipment. Everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a few games available in the living area. Read in the description that this is a bed behind a curtain in the living room instead of in a separate room. But it wasn't a big deal. Good parking. Accommodation is definitely recommended.

We felt very comfortable in Lina's place. The apartment was very clean and well coordinated in terms of color and furniture. In the kitchen, all necessary utensils were provided. The surrounding area was also very quiet.

We stayed at the property for the second time. It was very nice and cozy again. We'd like to come a third time. Totally quiet, the last house in a cul-de-sac, behind the house a little river, inside a cozy stove and a cozy kitchen. A beautifully renovated half-timbered house. You can see the neighbor's chickens, have a lot of space in the garden and behind the house. A real gem. Communication with Ina is also excellent.

A very nice little apartment where I felt right at home. It was very clean and everything was available to make the stay pleasant. The apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. The town center can be reached on foot through the beautiful park in about 15 minutes. Shopping is also nearby. I found Daniel to be a very friendly host. Check in and check out went smoothly. Daniel is very flexible with the period of arrival or departure. Conclusion: A little insider tip!

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well-equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We highly recommend this home!
