Gratis wifi, spabad, 3 meter från vatten, lugnt och skönt, naturnära, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, terass, egen parkering, dusch och toalett, öppen spis, golvärme och allt är nyrenoverat 2020. Sängkläder och handdukar ska man ta med själv. Städningen ska ske innan man checkar ut och ska vara grundligt gjort tex dammsuga, torka golven, dammtorka badrum och kök. Man lämnar alltså huset i det skick som det var när ni kom. Roddbåt ingår till stugan. You need to clean the house before you leave.

För dig som vill bo helt unikt i eget hus i kulturbygd, med hästar, katter och tillgång till vår egna brygga. Du har egen uteplats med grill och mysig lekplats för barn. Du älskar närheten till bedårande vacker natur och vandringsleder. Du uppskattar att ha tillgång till en egen brygga och att kunna ta doppet i sjön. Du vill också se kultur. Vi visar gärna upp gården som restaurerats enligt gamla metoder. Det är nära till golfbana och pittoreska staden Arvika med konstmuseum och caféer.

Rymligt fritidshus med sjötomt. Färdigbyggt 2017 med ljus och öppen planlösning med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Här finns tillgång till båt och en härlig badbrygga. Sjö perfekt för fiske! Kolgrill finns att låna till grillkvällarna som man kan spendera på en härlig trall med sjöutsikt. Huset har ett större sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett mindre sovrum med våningssäng med en större säng nederst. På loftet finns en vanlig säng samt en bekväm madrass på golvet. AC finns för varma dagar.

Welcome to our cosy guest house on the small farm "Fågeldalen" in Bäck! This exceptionally quiet cottage has been renovated with a lot of love, time and care. Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover. A modern house with a stunning view from the large porch with beautiful views over the lake. The newly built guest house is large, light and spacious with high ceilings and fireplace. Newly made beds and cleaning are included. Private beach with access to rowing boat, canoe and SUP. Bicycles are also available. Possibility of a wood-fired sauna with ice bath right by the lake for a low cost. Torsby skitunnel just 5 min away. Wintertime ski trails just around the corner if snow.

I Lekvattnets vildmark ligger Villa Granhede med ett underbart läge med egen sjötomt och brygga vid Lekvattnetsjön. Här kan ni bada vedeldad badtunna och elda i eldfatet precis nere vid sjön. Fiska vid huset eller i nån av Lekvattnets fiskrika sjöar! Vandra 7 torpsleden ca 10 km från stugan. Åk pulka direkt på tomten, skridskor eller fiska isfiske på vintern! Åk skidor på upplysta skidspår bara nån kilometer från huset. Och det finns milsvida skoterleder runt knuten!

Stugan ligger med sjöutsikt över sjön velen med endast 10 minuter från Torsby centrum. Några nöjen som ligger i närheten är Hovfjället med skidanläggning och snöskoterleder, Torsby skidtunnel med längdskidåkning året om. Om du gillar vandring rekommenderas en tur upp till Skallastugan uppe på berget, för att överblicka den vackra natur. Med det strandnära läget till sjön Velen så fins det fina möjligheter för både fiske och bad. Båt finns att hyra.

Koselig hytte i skogen.

En rød liten hytte i skogen, rett ved en liten elv. Stille og rolig, samt kort vei til fint turterreng. Her kan du slappe av og nyte skogens alle lyder, og høre elven suse stille forbi nedenfor hytta. I sommer halvåret er det mulig å fiske ørret i elven. Bilvei helt frem, og parkering på egen tomt. Kort vei inn til Östmark hvor det finnes en dagligvarebutikk og bensinstasjon. Det er ca 5km til badeplass i sjøen Kläggen og ca 25km inn til Torsby.
