Upstairs, there is a TV room, a second bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage has a patio facing the yard and a south-facing terrace with stunning views of the water. Welcome to our villa in Leksand! The house is within easy walking distance to both the city center and the beautiful Siljan. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room upstairs. There are also 2 simple extra beds. Modern kitchen, a large living room and dining room. 2 showers 3 toilets. Child-friendly amenities such as high chair, and toys are in place. The house will not be rented out to younger adults/teenagers. No parties allowed. Close to everything Leksand has to offer, from cultural attractions to adventures.

Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

A variety of activities such as skiing, cycling, hiking trails, swimming, fishing, restaurant visits, and summer tobogganing are nearby. A short car ride will take you to Dalhalla, Leksand's summerland, Tegera Arena, Vasaloppet, as well as the Ski Games and the World Heritage in Falun. For car enthusiasts, Classic Car is a recurring annual event that can be enjoyed on the first floor.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
