Direct sea view, comfortable, thoughtful furnishings, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity - everything great. We were there for 10 days in May and very satisfied! Be sure to check the chat shortly before the trip to see if there is another message from the hosts. The coordinates of the house are not identical to the meeting point at the parking lot entrance. Marie-Christine sends directions. On weekends, there is more activity in the Océanide residence. Then it can get loud. In the high season, it would be too crowded and too loud for us. If you love nightlife, this is the place to be.

very good accommodation for holidays on the Bassin d 'Arcachon. very new and very clean. Nice garden to eat and relax. i recommend Josiane and her home in Andernos.

We stayed 3 nights in Jocelyne's accommodation, and we would have liked to have stayed longer, we felt so good there. Jocelyne was very responsive to messages and communication is smooth and efficient. Jocelyne was able to welcome us with simplicity, kindness and availability and be present if we needed her, while being very discreet during our stay. The accommodation is spotless, functional and conveniently located. It is small but everything you need is available and it is very well arranged. We were 4 adults and when we went out during the day, we didn't feel cramped. We can do everything on foot, because it is close to the city center while being in a peaceful neighborhood. We recommend this listing without any problems and sincerely thank Jocelyne for her seriousness and kindness.

Great stay at Alexandra's place, well equipped, comfortable bedding. Very well located in the oceanide residence with the magnificent view of the beach. Surfboards in the cellar are a real plus We will come back without hesitation!

Great welcome from Michel who was on site because they live on the ground floor. Michel's apartment was impeccable, very clean, tidy. I booked it for my family to stay close to us. It's quiet because it's set back from the street. Parking is in the entrance courtyard closed by a secure gate. It's really a plus. My sister and her family had a lovely weekend. Stay spent with family with our 12 and 17 year old children. The house is very welcoming, comfortable, perfectly equipped. Note that everything you need is available (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc.) which is really appreciated. Not to mention the special local touches for check-in! Ideally located, in a peaceful area close to the beach, essential shops and the bike path. Valerie is very responsive and helpful. On top of all that, we were lucky to have summer weather! A refreshing holiday!

Excellent family accommodation with everything you need for the family (games, books, bicycles). Clear instructions and Katia was very caring, flexible. The accommodation is in a very good location to enjoy the ocean but at the same time in a quiet environment. You have to try it!

We had a great time at Coralie and Clément's house. It is very well located for exploring the must-sees/do's of the area. Laurent's house is very nice, functional, beautifully decorated. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is particularly well equipped for a rental. The environment is very quiet. Communication with Laurent was quick and efficient. A perfect stay!

Communication is very easy with Oriane, always responds very quickly. Location has nothing to say, beach access and walking center.

The outdoor space is very nice with a nice pool terrace and views of the pine trees. The house is well-equipped and in a good location, ideal for summer with all the rooms facing the outside. We really enjoyed discovering the little piquey. The concierge was great, responsive and accommodating. Only point of attention: the two "dormitory" rooms do not have a door separating them. We needed 5 real rooms and 2 of them are actually 1.

Peaceful and perfect accommodation for exploring the Arcachon Bay and the Cap Ferret peninsula. T3 like at home, 2 steps from the beach, with small local shops and bicycles and parking in the residence. Perfect welcome and responsiveness from the hosts. Love it!

The location is super good. Beach can be reached in 1 minute. Great sea view directly from the balcony and living room. Very friendly host who proactively supports you.
